I did not realize when I was booking this property that I booked the smallest room in the place. It felt like a closet. Also, there is no lift.
They said they were bigger rooms, so it’s really hard to comment on the property because I would not stay in this little room again

Good location, nice service and worth the price.
We drove a rental car - took some careful navigating to get to baggage drop off. Paid private parking was worth the money (only 2 euros worth public parking but so much closer). Did not have an elevator. North of center of 'old ville' in Reims, but very convenient to everythuing.

Great little hotel located on a quiet street, easy walk to the train station and center of town. Really nice, welcoming staff. MUST KNOW that there is not an elevator so you may have to walk up many steps with your luggage. We loved our stay here!!!

Convenient, but . . . .
The room was clean and comfortable, but small and noisy. Be aware there isn’t an elevator and the front desk is not staffed all day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. Be sure to check with the hotel if you plan to arrive between noon and 2:30 pm or after 8:30 pm. WIFI is very sketchy, often it was impossible to stay connected for more than 30 seconds.

Very sweet hotel.
We were only there for one night on our way home from Italy. Really lovely room. Very nice location. If we are ever in Reims again, we'd definitely stay there again.

The hotel is located close the the Halles in a small street.
Rooms are old, small and outdated. There is hardly any place to hang your clothes. The bathroom is cramped. Wifi does not work. Walls are thin. Reception is closed between 12 and 14.30. Breakfast is ok for its price. The hotel has a number of parkings (narrow garages) about 200m from the hotel, at a decent price.

I would not come back! Tiny room, with 2 feet space around a full-size bed. I think they stick the Asian in the smallest room they got! Bathroom drain it’s slow shower leaks, airflow is from a portable fan. If you are coming here in the summer, do yourself a favor and skip this place.

No lifts, reception (for check-in) not 24h and closes around 7pm - which was not mad eknown until booking was paid.
Some rust and not design friendly showers and sink.
They communicate through messages constantly and its quite bothersome - and only notified last minute to pay city tax and were not flexible with timing or online payment.
Breakfast value was also bad - no hot food available.
