Sun Beach Hôtel in Ajaccio

Rooms don't have minibar. Unbehaved children of their employers are makung mess around the hotel pool. Animals allowed, they bark all the time. Breakfast poor, dinner served - only one menu.

Bathroom was untidy, there were hairs on the floor. For some reason they gave us room for disabled people, we would have preferred a standard one.

The staff didn't speak English, only the receptionist spoke a bit Italian. Why are they working in tourism then? Beats me.

We called in advance to require vegan options, but my dinner nevertheless consisted of:
- entree was a cold plate of chickpeas straight from the can, lightly seasoned
- main course was a small amount of roast potatoes, thrown on the plate (pictured before I touched it, as the "chef" plated it)
- the dessert was a single apple on a plate

Not to mention I was still hungry after that.
For breakfast we each got a non-vegan croissant which I gave to someone else, half a baguette and jam.

I will never return to this hotel, the dinner was laughable, it's the food equivalent of flipping someone the finger. For comparison - a few days later we stayed in Sardinia and they were incredibly nice, spoke English and actually served me proper meals. Simple pasta, but it was tasty and filling.
