The room was as expected. Basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Powerful shower.
Check-in wasn’t very friendly. OK there was a language barrier but we do have some French. Not a single smile so didn’t feel welcoming.
Room needs more lights. Quite dark

I booked here for two nights. In general the place is neat with white sheets and a tidy bathroom, white towels and free hand soap/gel to use. But I asked for the room to be cleaned by hanging up one of those signs you hook on the door. Someone just turned it around to do not disturb and the room was not cleaned at all. On arrival the toilet had pee marks on it, so it seems the rooms just gets a surface clean. The stay is fine for one night I suppose but for a longer stay I think the lack of service will annoy some people.
Also the receptionist doesn't speak English so any complaints fall on deaf ears.

Very well located hotel because it's next to the highway and about 5-6 minutes from the tram. The staff are very welcoming and smiling, and everything is well explained. The breakfast buffet is generous, the dinner menu is simple, 5 courses, and that's enough. However, the rooms need to be redone. The bathtub tiles are cracked, the toilet seat is broken, the air conditioning is broken, the bed is made every day but not the cleaning. At the price indicated, it's a bit expensive for the quality of the room. Work is needed.

Located in a commercial area (supermarket, restaurants) 10 minutes from the city center by transport. Bus stop 50m away, tram stop 300m away.
Good wifi, tv, kettle with tea and coffee.

The least: the ventilation, heating/air conditioning, makes a terrible noise!

100 euro this room? Shame on you! I trusted the ave values of people, never again. Towels were missing, I had to ask for them. Not a phone in a 3stars hotel? We are back to the stone age. There is a terrible smoke smell, I booked a non smoking room. It is wide like a room by hours. If the price is over 60, stay away.
