Nice hotel well located in Montpellier city center.

We were the first time in this hotel. It is a recently rebranded Crown Plaza hotel and not yet a real Radisson Blue. But it is a good hotel in central location with a small outdoor pool area. Large, clean comfortable rooms. Service good and friendly. Car park's a bit tight and a bit of a pain to get in. Easy to find by car and a pleasant 5-10 minute walk to Place de la Comedie. It has a nice pool but very limited number of sunbeds if you do want an hour by it.

The hotel has a recent new owner and has changed to a Radisson Blu. The decor is a little tired, and they say the upgrade starts in October. Service mainly good, though we found the late bar service variable - on Saturday at 2335 we were told there was no bar service as the staff had gone home! Not comparable to other Radisson Blus I have stayed in.

We always come to courtyard marriott hotel in Montpellier. Just a perfect hotel right in the middle of the city

It is better to choose American chain hotels in Europe. The rooms are large, the beds are large, the breakfast is rich, and bottled water is provided in the room, so you don't have to run to the corridor to get water. But the cleaning is average. The location requires driving to get to the old city.

The room is spacious, the facilities are relatively new, the scenery in front of the door is nice, the breakfast is very good, but the air conditioner does not seem to heat

Although the room is not big, it is clean and tidy. The breakfast is pretty good. The parking fee is 15 euros a day. You need to swipe the parking ticket to enter the parking lot, which makes you feel safe. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The station is basically opposite the door. As one walks from the Gare Saint-Roch, this hotel is nearby but out of sight. It sits near (and behind) the Polygone. Overall a good stay with friendly service and a fine room. The biggest downside was the huge, modern TV that turned out to be almost useless since it doesn’t allow Netflix or streaming. Adding a simple cast/USB stick would make a huge difference and really add value. Other than that, everything was fine and comfortable.

The hotel feels a bit outdated and could definitely benefit from renovation. On the positive side, the restaurant at the hotel is very good and stays open until late, which is really convenient. The hotel is also dog-friendly, which we appreciated.

Another good stay in Montpellier with my sweetheart Michelle. Our room was comfortable and there had been a refurbishment since our last stay. The hotel is convenient for the Autoroute and very close to the Garcia Lorca tram station which gives easy access to the city and the Montpellier tram network. The parking is ample and overall a very good choice of hotel.

Stayed in the newly refurbished Novotel Montpellier for 5 nights in early July 2025. The hotel is neatly decorated and furnished with an adequate pool. The restaurant is above average for a hotel of this standing with daily imaginative salads plus the usual fayre. All presented and served well. I'd recommend a visit to this city and whilst exploring stay at the Novotel.

Staff is great, and breakfast was good also. But the rooms are not very clean, with stains on the carpet etc. No mattress covers?! TV is rotated so it's not comfortable to watch from the bed. All in all hugely overpriced.

I had a great stay over 2 nights this weekend. The location is perfect for a weekend trip: only 2 minutes’ walk from the train station and 6 minutes from the city center. The room was clean and well arranged, breakfast was decent, and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot weather. The restaurant and staff were excellent — nothing to complain about!

Location was great! Room was more spacious than I expected. It was all pretty clean and tidy. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The pool was great. The only issue I had was with the flushing of the toilet. But to be fair, I did mention it to the reception staff and they sent someone up to look.

A very nice place to stay in Montpellier, near all attractions, the tramway stops just downstairs so from there you can go everywhere you need, included the beach. I recommend.

The hotel’s excellent location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were very friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. We noticed hair in the room, leftover product on the wall of the shower, and the carpet would need a thorough cleaning. I saw a super beautiful sunrise here. It is very close to the Drama Square, just walk out of the mall; there are many restaurants around, and there are many interesting shops on the other side of the Drama Square, which is suitable for a leisurely stroll.

It's right across from the train station, very convenient, and clean. Seeing the four Chinese characters for "Jinjiang Hotel" at the entrance felt so welcoming. This city is quite small; I was surprised to find that the supermarket accepted Alipay. After all, it's not a big city.

This is our second stay at the Hotel Royal.. one our first stay our ground floor room was exceptional… this time our 2nd floor room had many problems. The air conditioning did not work,.. the faulty toilet door was difficult to manoeuvre and made enough noise to wake the dead! The shower door kept falling off its rail!
