worst experience! We had booked 2 rooms for 3 guests in order to attend a sports even. Even though the day staff and the night staff the first evening were helpful the stay was terrible. In one room the heating didn´t work and the room and bathroom were ice cold, which made for a very unpleasant stay. The second room turned out to be a problem too. It started off with the shower and bathroom sink leaking, which meant I mopped up the floor after using both. Next the bed sheets and pillow case were stained. After going through 3 more sheets with the help of the very friendly night staff we found a stain free but torn sheet and a clean pillow case and I got to make the beds at 10 pm myself. Then one of the warm blankets had large stains and was obviously very worn, but I was too tired to complain immediately and left that for the next morning. The next day we were moved to a new room (the day staff did a very good job moving our things) and all looked fine. However shortly before midnight a commotion at the door woke me and I realized my daughter was fending off people who were trying to enter the room. Seems that the night staff was attempting to move guests into our new room. I was furious and scared which caused me a near sleepless night. The next day I cut our stay short and moved us into a different hotel. All the hotel management was willing to do as compensation was a 70 euro discount. I would certainly not recommend anyone to stay at this place. It is not extra cheap and certainly not worth the money.

We were told that the door to our room was having issues and they put us in the room anyway. When we got in to drop off our luggage and leave, we couldn’t open the door and were stuck in the room. Our friend came to let us out and we slid the key under the door. We went to dinner while they called someone to see if they could open the door because apparently it wasn’t opening from the outside after we informed them of what happened. After this, they put us in the room right next to our original room, which was already unoccupied. Aside from this issue, there was a cigarette hole in one of the blankets, the carpet is visually dirty (looks similar to mold), and the wi-fi does not work whatsoever (which I know is only a minor issue). I am very unhappy with this hotel as we did not have any other options for the night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Worst hotel experience in a long time.

Even for French standards they only spoke very little English. Communication was only possible through Google translate...
Second, the WiFi is slow and did not work on our phones at all.
Third, we had an ant infestation in our room.
Fourth and probably worst, the hotel staff does not care about any of our issues. In their eyes we were just annoying and they even avoided conversations with us when we were asking for things. When avoiding us did not work they would get rude and try to wave us away like we are some insects. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable in the service industry. I am sorry, if you do not want to help customers pick a different kind of work.
I am never going to stay here again.

This is Budget with a large B and not really worth the price. Rooms are dark, extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet in the associated restaurant was unpleasant with guests who did not respect social distancing and staff too lame to interfere or have some basic rules. Won't stay again and don't recommend it unless you are totally out of options.

The bedding was nasty, full of Dirty spots and it was really noisy at night. People were partying in the hotel. The only good thing was that the bathroom was clean. Overall 2 stars.

We booked this hotel late in the evening, because we had to leave the hotel F1 in Avignon due to the circumstances.
RECEPTIONIST: The receptionist was very friendly even at that late time, we checked in very fast and went to our room.
ROOM: The room was small, but clean. Shower room was also clean with a high pressure water. The only disadvantage were noisy doors and thin walls, so we could hear everyone who was coming in and out.
BREAKFAST: small restaurant, but clean and with usual breakfast food. Personnel was super friendly and attentive.
In general was good.
