Excellent place to stay. I had a comfortable room with a very well equipped compact kitchen. Everything was very clean. The reception staff are helpful, luggage storage is free and there's a (paid) washing machine and dryer available. The hotel is directly behind the main railway station, about 5-10min walk from the arena. To get to the city you just walk through the station. I had no safety concerns...
Great place to stay right beside the train station which leads to the main area of Nimes. Staff were very helpful and courteous. It’s very quite if a little basic but for the price it’s worth it.
I had a great night at this hotel!!! I recommend it
Good. Excellent reception staff. Very comprehensive breakfast.
The location is very convenient, just south of the train station. The entrance is small, so the drive is a bit long. There's a Carrefour downstairs, making breakfast very convenient. There's a free water dispenser next to the elevator on the first floor. The front desk closes after 10 PM, so a code is required for entry.
The apartment has everything you need, including a kitchenette, refrigerator,...
the bedding needs to be reviewed, it's a shame

Good for couples great location
Arrived very late but was warmly welcomed by Eytan super friendly, calm, and even recognized my F1 shirt. Great breakfast, room a bit small but perfect for a short stay.
Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Grill bar across the road is nice. Very beautiful lady with tattoos on reception. Stunning.
Reception and daytime bar manager both gave outstanding and superior service. We had an amazing time thanks in no small part to them. Housekeeping and breakfast, pool, beds and shower were all excellent. Merci mille fois !
One of the best hotels breakfast we had in the passed 10 days. Front dest service was on key. Good hotel if you are arriving late at night.

Friendly welcome by the receptionist - room clean and above all hard floor (no carpet) - parking in front of hotel is a nice addition - the location of the hotel is excellent for travellers
Good hotel we know quite well
Parking was good
Very comfortable and great staff.
Super experience
Nice place, well located. Comfy king size bed.
Bathroom and toilets are a bit tiny. Breakfast is nice (though not wheelchair accessible).
Enjoyable pool when the summer heat and sun are high.
Super experience at the restaurant with friendly service and excellent dinner.

We loved the pool. Towels for the pool would be great, as opposed to using our shower towels.
We were able to borrow a kettle from the front desk.
Hotel lovely, bathroom pipes needed dusting.

Easy check in, very welcoming staff, brilliant position 50 metres from the railway station
Just behind the station and not far from the centre of town, so very good location and the place is clean with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. I think this is my favourite Ibis so far, and I have stayed in many.
Great location! Clean and safe. Grocery store a 2 minute walk away. A very lovely and short walk to the city centre. Great staff. Thank you!
The location is not good, but it is a known issue with Ibis hotels. But another thing met expectations. Regular room, clean, simple breakfast. The price corresponds to service. Acceptable place to spend one night.
Very friendly receptionists. Delicious varied breakfast and helpful staff. Clean practical rooms. Good bed, good shower. Still and sparkling water dispenser at reception. Excellent location infront of train station, next to rent a car, supermarket and restaurants. Safe area.
Too small, just one night is OK

Great location comfortable room, food and breakfast only ok, good service.
Overall, service was fine except for breakfast staff being slow to reset smaller tables. I also waited several minutes for check-in as the employee was on the phone for an extended time to take a reservation.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is very central and several tourist sites are within walking distance.

Amazing hotel with excellent service! Perfect location, everything is truly top-notch. The restaurant and bar are outstanding, and the rooms are brand new. I highly recommend this place!
Perfect location, excellent garage, pleasant staff. Decent value, recent upgrades. Not quite lucury, but an ideal location to enjoy the city.
Busy pub. Nice drive up to get there. The pies are excellent with thin crust and plenty of filling. The giant Yorkshire puds looked amazing also.
Excellent location. Recently renewed, the rooms are so comfortable for a good night after a tourist day.

Not only is the property very beautiful but more importantly the staff are excellent. They were very helpful in dealing with some issues in the booking and so very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in or near Nimes.
We stayed just one night here en route to Paris. I wish we had had a few more days to enjoy this unique space. The hotel is beautiful, and the garden is indeed an exceptional space right in the middle of the city. We took a dip in the pool and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. They really make your stay personal and exceptional. We've stayed in hotels at double the cost, and they fail by comparison in value...
The hotel was spectacular and the service more than excelent and the owners very charming.
My family loved it.
I’m absolutely in love with this place. This hotel has a soul — full of charm, elegance, and character. Every corner tells a story, with thoughtfully curated antiques and refined taste. I must have taken hundreds of photos — the details are simply mesmerizing. It’s a true embodiment of the French spirit, authentic and full of atmosphere. A magical experience. Highly, highly recommend.
A spectacularly beautiful establishment full of charm and curated antiques. We loved our stay at Jardins Secrets, it is indeed a unique and special place for pure relaxation at the heart of Nîmes. We are a family of four with a little doggie and initially booked the family room but the charming Victoria who greeted us at reception advised that since we had 2 adult daughters it would be more comfortable...
Absolutely deserves the 5 stars. Unique boutique hotel with a personal approach and massive attention to detail. It is history made modern and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, and every common area is an art. Yes, many items are everywhere so that it can be challenging with kids. Great stay !!! Amazing staff and service , quite, spacious and well designed rooms with private terraces . The staff goes above and beyond to met your needs as it is also part of a hospitality school . Highly recommend for a quiet get away .
We purposely returned to this hotel in Nimes due to our previous stay. The staff are all pleasant, and decided to extend our stay for another night.
My husband and I stayed here in July. We had a wonderful time. We love the spa facilities. The food was very good in the hotel restaurant. All the staff were very kind and helpful. We would like to mention the lovely receptionist Jenna who was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you, from the irish couple.
Excellent welcome
Free drinks while waiting for rooms to be available
Cleanliness and impeccable service.
The small problem: upon checkout, I was told:

2) payment for two breakfasts (€44) that I supposedly ordered??????? Even though I was staying with friends to have breakfast there.

Modern and value
We booked a suite which was very modern and large with an extra room. Good value
The service in this hotel is a bit peculiar because it is almost exclusively taken care of by students of the local hotel school. This is very nice up market hotel, located right in the city center where everything is just a short walk away. I stayed in room 5 on the top floor, which was very large and comfortable - see photos. You can't argue with the price at formula 1. Nice helpful lady on reception
The one thing I didn‘t like, was that the Hotel was hidden like a State‘s secret. I took me almost an hour finding the entrance. The rooms lack private bathrooms and somehow overlooked that while booking
We got off the train late, 45 minutes walk, very tired, the hotel is hard to find, and there is no separate toilet, the bed is a bit hard, the toilet is a bit small, I can't find the hairdryer, but the price is cheap.

Jarome and his colleague's genuine smiles and readiness to help, together with the comfortable room and ambience of this delightful hotel oozing a sense of history, made our short stay an exceptionally pleasant experience.
The biggest issue is that the room door fails to close properly, and you must park at a private lot 200 meters from the hotel without valet service.
The hotel is on a very tight alley, making it impossible to pulling your car a moment; you must carry your luggage 200 meters from the private parking lot.
Hjälpsam receptionist. Fick flera goda tips.
Mycket gammalt, fint rum med högt i tak och synliga dekorerade takbjälkar.
Small but comfortable rooms which don't, alas, match the magnificence of the splendid staircase. A nicely-presented breakfast and friendly staff.
Hotel very clean. Reception were all extremely helpful and friendly. Parking a bit far, but considering the location of the hotel, it is understandable. Could walk to restaurants, shopping, attractions. Train station about a 20 minute walk so able to do day trips from here pretty easily.

Fantastic hotel. Very solid old building, with thick walls that isolate sounds and keep warmth inside. Stylish decorations, a lot of space, and really good mattresses. We slept like angels! Free parking, nice but a bit pricey restaurant, and a selection of fancy high quality food at the breakfast. Will stay over again with pleasure!!
Decent location, with parking, 1.5 km from the old city (18 min. walk) Excellent breakfast, friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel needs to be updated. The bed was small and the bathroom outdated.
Great stay. Multilingual staff. Great sleep, really comfy beds and very quiet. Great breakfast, excellent value.
We stopped off for two nights on the way home from holidays in the south. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to the highway, although it is located in a kind of industrial estate you can easily forget this once inside the lovely hotel ....lovely pool and garden sitting area. Beautiful and well renewed hotel. Good location. Clean and modern room. However the service does not seem to be at the level of a 5 star hotel and we found the bar / breakfast overpriced for the quality, offer and service. The L'Imperator is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Its facilities are magnificent and clean. Our room was made spotless each day for 6 days. The most chic and wonderful hotel!! We loved every minute of our stay there. The only criticism I can think of is that the rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in a hotel in the middle of a European city. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It's clear that this isn't the kind of place where you expect anything special, and in that sense, my expectations were met. Everything was perfectly fine for an overnight stay, with no problems whatsoever. Of course, there are always things you wish could be better, but overall, my impression was positive.
The rooms are old, need a fresh coat of paint and remodelling. Funky smell in the bathroom. A little out of the way in an industrial park.
Our stay at this hotel was just average. The soundproofing was quite poor — we could hear every person walking down the hallway and noises from other rooms. Our window faced the parking lot, where there was an extremely bright light that stayed on all night. Unfortunately, there was a large gap between the curtains and the wall, so our room was never really dark.

Located in the heart of a business park. Stepping through the door is a moment of surprise and delight! A magnificent haven of greenery and peace.
The staff's attentiveness to customers is a rare quality these days, worth mentioning!
An exceptional auberge. A short drive from the Nimes town center, Mas de Bourdan is a small, beautifully-appointed garden hotel, coupled with a bistro and a fine dining restaurant, both offering outstanding French cuisine (not listing vegetarian dishes, but the chef produced excellent options). The facility, in a 17th-Century structure, is outstanding; staff truly aim to please.

Great location for the centre of Nîmes. The hotel itself was fine for a couple of nights stay, very small and basic and the air conditioning was not working whilst we were staying which we were notified about before arriving but there wasn't enough notice to find somewhere else convenient and it was close to 40 so I would not recommend staying until they have this fixed.
Nice stay. Small room but enough. Stayed a night waiting for train. Staff was very friendly and service-minded. Good location, short walk from train station. Nice irish pub nearby. Brekky typical french, sweet stuff etc but ok. I'm happy with my stay.
Nice place!

I arrived at night and left early in the morning, so I just slept there
but there was a bathtub. The bathtub wasn't the type that you could fill with hot water, so I had to be creative and fill it up.
