An out of town hotel which provided an excellent large room on the ground floor which was clean, well serviced and accessible. For our purpose, as a base for exploring the area, it served us very well. The staff (owner) was most helpful and a mine of useful information. Easy and free parking with good access to the town centre where one can explore the locale properly.

Meh Room very clean. Air con great However: Bedding was inadequate- pillows only had one and was very very thin. Duvet was just a scratchy sheet location was poor, very few things near by.

The family room is very good it is quite large with a 1.50 bed and bunk beds for the children. With a large terrace. Very clean and cozy. The guy at the reception spoke a little Spanish but he took great care to do and that is what is appreciated since no one speaks it there. Thanks for the stay.

Easy to access, good signage, close to the Perpignan Sud exit of the motorway. Secure parking. Large establishment, clean room and comfortable bedding. Nice and modern bathroom. Comfort without fuss. Very affordable prices.

Stayed there while on tour, with my partner and our dog. Dog friendly, decent size of the room and quiet place. Felt that the location was good as well since we were close to the theatre where we were performing. Staff was helpful after our departure by email. Only point to improve on our side is the breakfast. Not any fresh food really. But overall, good experience.

Parking not available when we arrived and not offered when booking even though there is one!!! So parking in a private car park nearby according to the manager's information. Result: €30/night parking (Clemenceau). Hearty breakfast. Correct welcome but no information on restaurants and visits to do....

Excellente location and the rooms are big.

The hotel isn't in the center of Perpignan, but it's well-located by car since it also offers on-site parking. The room is clean and offers good amenities; the only drawback is that it still has a bathtub instead of a shower, which is a bit inconvenient for people with limited mobility, but it's perfectly adequate. I recommend it for a one- or two-day stay in Perpignan, while passing through.

Nice place, clean, friendly staff and nice breakfast

My check in code didnt work so had to ring reception. Young man was v promt and courteous giving me a room and key.

Unfortunately, I arrived a little early. Check-in started at 2 p.m., so no problem, I thought. However, the reception didn't open until 5 p.m., which I only found out after a bit of searching. My reservation number wasn't accepted by the machine, so I wanted to call to get into the room. There was no phone number on site, however. The number provided by Trip was answered with "number has changed"....

Good hotel to spend a night or two. You need a car for everything. It is in an urbanization where there is nothing. A normal hotel.

My elementary age kids love the upper room! The room looks like tiny little loft with narrow stairs that lead to 2 single beds. Bathroom is small with little tub. Room is "spacious" compare to some "family" room at Novotel. Clean linens, one soap dispenser in the shower only. Downside: pillow isn't fluffy compare to Novotel. Paid breakfast was good, enough for a quick bite. See photos on their websites...

The self check in was not working when we arrived. So we had to wait over 1 hour for the receptionist to arrive. When you have been driving for over 6 hours and tired this is not great. Apart from that, the hotel & staff were nice.

Simplicity , and low cost. All I wanted was a clean bed, some room, and a clean bathroom where everything worked and was quiet. I found all that here.

Convenient, clean, practical place to stay near the airport.

Price/quality, this was a very clean and well-kept accommodation. Breakfast was well prepared and more than sufficient. Quiet for sleeping. No noise heard from the busy road. Within walking distance there is not much in the vicinity to visit or eat. According to my French family, the neighborhood is also unsafe at night, but I didn't really notice anything. The hotel itself is great!

Great value for business clean 2nd time i have stayed

Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We have stayed here before. They rooms and bathrooms are small but very clean. The only downside was the room was really hot and the aircon didn’t work - it sounded like it was blowing air but nothing was coming on!!!

We stayed in many hotels from this chain, and B&B HOTEL Perpignan Sud Marché International was a good hub for exploring the area. We appreciated the warm welcome at check-in, the comfortable room, and the good breakfast. But the best part was the staff — everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. Special thanks to the wonderful ladies who took such good care...

We found this pet-friendly chain hotel on Google just before crossing the border into Spain. So far it was a great town and a great hotel. I recommend it for families with pets on the go.

Decent hotel for its price, good location for going to Spain or the beaches

Campanile always good but this one needs some TLC We use Campanile a great deal so are always generally happy with their hotels. This one matched up to what we like and was generally very comfortable, though it is somewhat shabby: broken shutters, light not working, no hairdryer, damaged decor etc.

Budget type motel room A budget motel type room. Bedding was spotless and bed comfortable. Room was a bit tired but perfectly adequate for one night. Good continental breakfast included in price. No onsite restaurant but there was a Buffalo Grill within a few minutes drive. Kettle and paper cups provided with just one coffee and tea provided and two milks though I’m sure we could have asked reception...

Very disappointed with the restaurant, whilst food was ok it wasn't like the old days of camponile expectations. Seems like the food has gone downhill now in the camponile hotels, wont be staying again as was looking forward to a nice end of the day meal, not chicken nuggets.

Okay for price Requested no stair access to the room when booking, was still given first floor. Sink in room cracked looked like it was about to fall off, reported to reception as I didn’t want them to think I’d done it and they said don’t worry about it. Bed was comfy and room clean overall okay for an overnight stop

A fair hotel with decent prices. It's more like a motel to be honest. Breakfast buffet was also decent. I expected less actually. Big plus for gated parking so you could feel safe while you were sleeping. They even had EV chargers but they won't be working until October perhaps.
