I arrived a bit late, and my phone had run out of battery, but Rafed was incredibly kind and helpful — he let me borrow his charger. He really made my stay more meaningful and helped me relax after a long day!!
The only downsides were that housekeeping wasn’t consistent. Even though I stayed five nights and displayed the ‘clean my room’ sign as advised, the linen wasn’t never changed and the tea/coffee tray wasn’t never refilled during my stay.
Breakfast was also quite limited, with the same options every day. It’s fine for a one-night stay, but not for sure for a longer stay as it becomes repetitive. In hindsight, booking without breakfast would have given more flexibility.

I just returned from a 4-day stay at this establishment. The welcome was excellent, attentive, and very helpful. The area was very quiet. The rooms were cleaned daily (beds were made and towels changed). The location was very quiet. The area is well-connected to the bus line (5 minutes away) and the metro (10 to 15 minutes on foot). I recommend this hotel (which is not far from Jean Jaurès University).
