Close to the train station and friendly staff, room is clean and nice

The workers are friendly, I arrived early (about 11am) the room is ready so they let me check in earlier. The room is clean everything is awesome.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s also very close to the Metz train station. If I ever come Metz again, will definitely be back!

I highly recommend this hotel! 🏨 It was my first time in Metz, and I booked it simply because it seemed close to the train station and convenient for transportation. However, I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The room facilities were basic, unlike hotels in China which are often fully equipped (so it's best to bring your own toiletries and slippers), but the cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was a typical French breakfast—simple, but filling! The best part was the 24-hour hot water dispenser in the restaurant, which is incredibly important for Chinese people! I definitely needed hot water to feel at ease. The only downside was that I stayed on the 5th floor (actually the 6th, but the French count the first floor as the second, it's not complicated, just take the elevator), so I had to go downstairs every time I needed water, but I was very satisfied. What impressed me most about this hotel was the front desk service. Two gentlemen were on duty during the day and night; they were very enthusiastic, eager to provide service, almost always responsive, and very patient. The middle-aged man who worked during the day had traveled to Shanghai and Hong Kong, as well as Vietnam and Cambodia, and had a certain understanding of Chinese culture and history, so I felt a strong connection with him. Metz was a city more beautiful than I expected; it felt like a small European town straight out of a movie. Near Notre Dame Cathedral, there was a bookstore with a gentle and refined young owner. When I asked him for book recommendations, I discovered he was indeed very well-read—just like the bookstore owners in movies. In short, Metz is beautiful, safe, and the people are quite friendly and kind. It's a small town I'd like to bring my family to visit again. If I come back, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Friendly staff, nice enough breakfast. Quite an old feeling hotel but fine for what I needed. Perhaps a little overpriced but booked v last minute so can probably be done cheaper Id imagine

The best thing about this hotel is the location. You just have to look diagonally to your left once you step out of the train station and ta-daa! And when you are there, you'll be greeted by super friendly staff whom may not understand an english word you are saying but still super nice. The elevator is ultimate. I think only 2 person at most with luggage. Tiny and oldie, but super fun. The room also have an oldie concept so if you like it, you will. If you don't, well, please just book other hotel because this is their style. I was very excited with the room though. Not quite excited with the toilet as I feel it could be slightly improved. Overall, still a nice concept!
