Very outdated building, all self service (even taking out trash), at night it gave us an unsafe feeling.

Accomodation was very good, room was clean and comfortable, it is a good value for the money. The fact that there is no personnel there during the entire weekend was quite inconvenient for me.

Everything was fine and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the staff kind. No particular issues were observed. Overall, I recommend the stay at this residence.

Nancy is quite a small town, so everything is within easy walking distance. This hotel is right next to the train station, yet impressively, the windows block out all the noise — well done on that.
The hotel does have a few odd regulations though. If you check in after 7 p.m., they send you an access code by email to enter the building, and your key card will be waiting in an envelope inside a safety deposit box. I arrived late and was exhausted, so this “escape room” check-in system wasn’t exactly my favorite experience.
They also ask guests to take out their own rubbish at checkout, otherwise there’s an extra cleaning fee. That said, the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke both French and English, which made the stay a bit easier.

It was a good experience overall. I was very pleased with the comfort and the surrounding amenities (the station is just steps away, but the building is still well soundproofed). It was a shame about the bed, with a somewhat uncomfortable mattress, and the phone that didn't work. Overall, though, I would stay here again.

Located right now central train station, yet super quiet rooms for a good sleep. Offers a microwave and mini fridge if you feel like self cooking,

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. Cleanliness and tidiness are acceptable. The environment is also quite quiet, as the air conditioner is on and the windows and doors are closed. However, compared to the photos, it is different!

While it is not a new hotel, can tell good effort had been put in to keep place clean. A good pantry facility in the room facilitates small family. Furnitures can be mordernised to make the place outstanding. Good and value to stay in this place!
