Overnight stay on the way to Switzerland, nice rooms and excellent dinner options.

Stopped for 1 night as we were traveling through to Italy. Perfect for what we needed. Easy check in, nice room, secure parking and easy close by places to grab something to eat.

Business trip. It is a good hotel but the business rooms are no different from the standard rooms.

It was alright. 4 star in Europe is weird because is no where as good as 4 star in Asia

Nice family hotel. Lots to do. We could play basketball with the family, swim (water was still cold though) and just hang out in their garden. Great idea to have board games for families in the lobby, a way to keep people from going out ?. Breakfast was quite good with variety to choose from.

We were there as a family passing through. The rooms are a bit dated, but extremely clean. The location is absolutely central. The service is very friendly. I needed an extra blanket, which I received immediately. The breakfast is excellent. There's a wide selection.

Despite glossy reception, this hotel needs a refurb internally. The breakfast, although plentiful, had 'hot' food which was not hot, and the bacon was under-cooked. Could have been good value for money if that were rectified. Our room was laid out with apparently no thought that one bed was too close to a wall to get out, although there was ample space to rectify that, too!

It seems the best hotel in Metz. The hotel is very clean but a little outdated now. The amenities were average and the bedding was not so comfortable. The facilities are good and breakfast is also nice. The location is amazing in the heart of metz with everything around and a mall just beside the hotel. Overall Good experience

Bad beds, bad blankets, lighting from the parking lot is very disturbing

The room is quite big, but the surrounding area is fenced off due to municipal construction. It took me a long time to find the entrance.

Staff at reception were very helpful. The bedroom was as expected in a Mercure and the bathroom of a reasonable size. Pillows were however too thin and it was rather hot at night with heavier duvets still in use despite the Spring weather. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, where staff were again very helpful. The bread rolls at breakfast were disappointing; surely a good baguette should be available...

Strong A/C. Comfortable bed. The room is spacious. We stayed here a few times because it's close to my daughter's school. The front desk lady manager and Wyatt were very helpful. The dinner at restaurant was delicious. The dessert was the most delicious one during our two months stay in France.

Really good location for exploring Nancy and car park adjacent which seems pretty secure. The main railway station is also adjacent. All the staff were excellent and professional and resolved a minor problem immediately. We had one of the “Privilege” rooms on the 7th floor which in itself was fine and comfortable. We had to make an unscheduled stop in Nancy after a breakdown—and luckily ended up at the Mercure Nancy. There was nothing we asked for that wasn't provided. We would love to come back and have the fondest memories of both Nancy and the Mercure! Merci beaucoup encore une fois : )

Honestly, such a great experience! As someone with a gluten intolerance, it’s often a real headache to find options! ... but they offer GF bread, vegan yogurt, and three different plant milks! Nice Hotel conveniently located in Nancy's center. My 3/5 is due to the tight limitations to access the SPA, we chose this accommodation because we wanted to stay in the pool with the kids, but this turned out to be possible eventually only for 1 hour. Kids can access the SPA and pool only between 8:00 and 10:00, which also clashes with the breakfast, so it is a very tight schedule! Moreover the SPA...

The hotel is absolutely lovely, clean calm and luxurious, the only issue I had was the bed, the rooms are expensive, I thought we were going to have one actual bed, but it was 2 small beds made into one, which meant all night long me and my companion were falling into the gap in the middle, I would definitely stay there again but request a different bed, the spa was nice too 👍

Nice large room with comfy beds. The receptionists were very helpful, both evening and morning. Parking was limited and we appeared to get the last space. The retracting bollards on entry are nerve racking when you can't see them in a low car!

The hotel is well located near the center of Metz, but also very close to the motorway. I loved the old building, it has a lot more charm than a new glass and steel one. We were afraid we wouldn't find a parking spot, but that wasn't a problem after all. The room (318) was a good size, but it showed signs of damage, especially the bath, which had deep gouges in it. We stopped here for one night on our way to Paris and had a very pleasant stay. The room was not too big but clean and very cozy, and the staff at reception were helpful. Many thanks! One thing to note is that SPA access is limited to 1 hour. For us, it felt a bit too short, as the SPA was the main reason we chose this hotel. The manager and staff were exceptional. We could not have managed food shopping and transportation to our boating on the Saône canal without their help. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. Best steak ever. Perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Not sure why this hotel has less than 4 stars. The breakfast and rooms are very good. Only issue is that they use plastic sheets on top of mattress so it can get hot (and noisy). But you can just remove it.

I had booked 2 rooms as I was traveling with 5 people. The hotel was very accommodating, clean and helped me to park my car. There was an issue with the shower, which my have been user error, and they remedied that quickly and got a us new room. It did not present as an inconvenience to us or the them. Situated 600 meters from train station. walkable if you don’t have trolley bag. Not so easy to drag the trolley bag and walk as the road is not even. Well maintained place . Good view from the room. Overnight stopover We were welcomed by Aurore who advised us where to park.Very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and looked like it had been recently refurbished as the bathroom was excellent.Great toiletries too. Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike. Room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Practical place to stay with all the basics This hotel is very centrally located and practical but not special. On one side of the block, there were drunk/high people hanging out with some others who were loitering in groups during the day. The other side has some fun bistros that are active at night. Stoped there on two nights. On the way to and from the Italian Dolomites. The hotel was clean and tidy if perhaps passed its best. The continental breakfasts were more than adequate.

For business trips, the hotel is very conveniently located, close to the city of Metz, and very convenient for travel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has good service, which is worth recommending.

Ibis standard approach, ok for business or for small vacancies. The lack of a minibar (also empty but at least for water) and a curtain in the bathroom made me remove the fifth star.

Good, comfortable and clean Ibis hotel. Located within walking distance of restaurants and the Stanislas square, which was convenient since we only stayed for a night. Parking was tight (even with a small car) and not super clear where it was at first. You also pay €12 extra, which I find a bit expensive considering the price of the rooms.

The hotel is an Ibis, so its pretty typical. The check in was quick. Dogs welcome. Private underground parking is tight, but manageable. Room was good, bed comfortable. However no water bottles, no hot pot for making tea or coffee. Also, strangely, only 1 set of towels to be used for shower and hand purposes. There is a small bar in the lobby to get some drinks. Restaurants and a small grocery store...

A good budget hotel of good value for money. The location is good as it is opposite a car park, but not far to walk to the town centre. Nancy is not so easy to drive in. We would use this hotel again. Just up the road towards town are two good spots that I have left good reviews for - the Brasserie Saint-Georges is a lively bar with good atmosphere, and Trattoria San Giorgio is a great little Italian...

I would stay in the hotel again if I had to pick a downside there is no parking but you can park in a multi story car park about 100meters away, i think when staying in the hotel there should be some agreement with the parking company that visitors...
