Sheets were dirty. Excuse of manager: "We don't clean our sheets, a sub company does it"

No air conditioning, noise from a pump or I do not know what. Very simple rooms, but clean. Good breakfasts.

Also, a rude receptionist (owner?) with stupid jokes like "you have my suitecase" - "No, I sold it for 10 euros, a good price, isn't it". The same style repeats several times even if the client obviously dislikes it.

Good value for money. One rooms more modern than the other but the less modern room had a view of the city

Next to the train, a small supermarket and places to eat. old hotel and faded but my renovated room looked like the posted photo and had heavy curtains and double glazing to keep down city noise.... 24 hour reception and breakfast from 5:30 am (24/24 restaurant nearby if you want better) and in sight of a Starbucks if you must. Discounted price was ok value.... remember 90 years old so expect some compromises (in elevator, stairs and plumbing noises) and maybe avoid in extremes of weather.

This was possibly the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. The elevator was broken. The corridors and staircase perpetually stank of stale smoke and dirty laundry. The room was very cramped and had no air-con. The TV had only 5 basic channels because the hotel had not paid their provider bill. The bathroom was tiny and difficult to move in, and it was disgusting with mould everywhere and the shower curtain was a breeding ground for bacteria. The breakfast was ok, but for EUR 12 I expected a bit more than just some old cheese and cold meat and cereal and croissants. I was booked in for 2 nights and when i asked to cancel the second night they told me i could cancel but i would not get a refund, but it was so bad that i moved to another hotel for the second night anyway, and it was cheaper and 100 times nicer.

Location: Very close to Nancy train station, Carrefour Express is just a minute's walk away, and there are places nearby where you can get hot food.

Room: The single-person room is cozy, and the price is reasonable.

Service: The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they offer 24-hour counter service, which is wonderful!

I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in Nancy!

During my visit to Nancy, I encountered issues with my hotel booking and couldn't check-in. It was Christmas Eve after 5 pm, and I found myself with nowhere to go. Despite trying to locate another hotel, I couldn't find any because most of them had no staff at the counter until I stumbled upon Hotel Foch. I was almost in tears when I discovered they had an available room for me to stay in on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. As a foreigner who doesn't speak French at all, I truly felt comfortable and welcomed at Hotel Foch.

Bas night we had there! We booked one night at hotel Fosch in Nancy for our family of 4 people. When we entered the suite it was so cold and smelled really bad inside (cigarettes). In addition the wc was dirty with brown spots. Can you imagine?! That was just disgusting. On top of everything the flush in the wc didn’t work so you can’t use the toilet at all. You can imagine how frustrating that could be for a family of 4. We had to go all the way down to the ground floor to use the proper wc. When I mentioned this problem at the reception they said that they will note it down and that was it. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. I do not recommend this hotel. Look for a better place. The stuff is also very impolite.

The hotel suite doesn’t look like the photos. When we entered the suite it was super cold and smelled bad. The atmosphere was cold. Then we found out that the wc flush was not working and the toilet was dirty with brown spots. I don’t recommend this accommodation. Better look for something else.
