Stopped for 1 night as we were traveling through to Italy. Perfect for what we needed. Easy check in, nice room, secure parking and easy close by places to grab something to eat.

Business trip. It is a good hotel but the business rooms are no different from the standard rooms.

It was alright. 4 star in Europe is weird because is no where as good as 4 star in Asia

Nice family hotel. Lots to do. We could play basketball with the family, swim (water was still cold though) and just hang out in their garden. Great idea to have board games for families in the lobby, a way to keep people from going out ?. Breakfast was quite good with variety to choose from.

Excellent location close to the old town, shopping streets, Place Stanislas, etc. We had a large superior room at the (quieter) rear side of the hotel. The king-size bed was very comfortabel. There is a (tight) parking garage behind the hotel, which we found convenient. The lobby could do with a slight make-over but as one doesn’t spend much time there, this is not so very important. Easy parking, location couldn't be better, outstanding check-in, recognition of my Gold status and free upgrade to a great room with free mini-bar and super comfy bed. The team at the hotel made our stay effortless and pleasant. I would like to specifically mention Lucy and Louis, who have been very helpful throughout our day. I could recommend the hotel both location close to Stanley Square and all the associated restaurants and bars and a first class breakfasts. A great stay.

Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. The bed was very comfortable but hot and the sheet slipped because of the waterproof cover underneath. Why is that necessary? The bathroom was good and the shower was efficient. Set on the edge of the town, close to the motorway (but quiet), this hotel was clean and functional, beds were comfortable, there was plenty of hot water, the door locks were excellent, the rooms were quiet, and there was car parking right outside. (NB there is nothing much in the surrounding area, and the local restaurants within walking distance are to be avoided, so travel a mile or so into town...

Great place to stay if your doing a long car travel and need to stop for the night.

It's not the most smudge free or most modern hotel, but the rooms were decent and the beds were fine. It's good for a bed and and shower on your way from A to B.

Stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. Probably the one and only Accor hotel so far who charged us for parking with a motorbike. Room were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice, but we asked them to put a bag into the fridge, and they put it into the freezer, freezing all my cheese and other dairy products - sadly had to throw a couple of them away. Breakfast is basic, but good.

Great location but only bare necessities in room. Fairly comfortable bed in a tiny room with a tiny window looking into a wall. shower that sprayed water everywhere - glass on wrong side. Wouldn’t stay more than one night.  No coffee and no facecloths, no shampoo, no iron (thinking this is just a France thing tho)

Practical place to stay with all the basics This hotel is very centrally located and practical but not special. On one side of the block, there were drunk/high people hanging out with some others who were loitering in groups during the day. The other side has some fun bistros that are active at night. The hotel is pretty clean overall with contemporary, simple white interiors with light wood accents...

The stay eas OK.There was no BBC chanel on the TV The air condition was not working.

There are many shops around the station Chika and it is very convenient. I would say the rooms and services are average. Staff were friendly.

It's only few minutes walk to the Cathedrale then Place Stanislas. We are happy with the hotel and the breakfast. The only complain is the paper-thin towels and no hand towels the hotel provides, that has nothing to do with green environment etc, e.g. the paper cups that I cannot complain.

Only spent one night but everything was great. Less than 15 minute walk to the old town and all the beautiful sites. Highly recommend

Nice hotel in a perfect location. My room was small but more than sufficient. Spacious wardrobe, nice comfortable bed, bathroom / shower, plenty of hot water, very nice staff. Prime location, nice welcome, well appointed rooms

Close enough to the nightlife to be a short walk away, but far enough away to not hear the noise.. gorgeous old building, but with all the modernity you expect.. we had a basic double room, it was exactly that, with no complaints.. big enough for us and our 2 medium size dogs.. the bathroom was spotless. The shower was great (lots of pressure).. Good value...

Really good location for exploring Nancy and car park adjacent which seems pretty secure. The main railway station is also adjacent. All the staff were excellent and professional and resolved a minor problem immediately. We had one of the “Privilege” rooms on the 7th floor which in itself was fine and comfortable. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! We loved staying here for 1 night. The hotel was clean and charming with good amenities and air conditioning. The location was perfect because it was walking distance from the train station and from the main square.

No elevator 2 floors on circular stairs no fun

I'm not writing this right after my stay, so I'm not sure, but I don't think there was a hair dryer, so it might be a good idea to ask. I used it to sightsee in Colmar. The bathroom was very clean. There's a delicious bakery nearby, so I recommend you stop by.

It was quite close to the center and the parking was a good plus.The room was clean and had everything you could need although there wasn’t a fridge.The check in/out process was very easy and fast.There is only the fact that there isn’t a lift so if your room is on the 2nd floor and you have heavy luggages its quite hard to get up the spiral staricase.

Ibis Budget hotels usually leave a lot to be desired. At this hotel, I found a brunette with long hair at the front desk (sorry, I don't know her name) to be EXCEPTIONAL, kind, helpful, and smiling. The room was basic, clean, and excellent value. Close to the city center, a 10-minute walk. Paid street parking is available at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was good and plentiful.

Pleasant and helpful welcome. Good value for money. However, the mattress was as hard as concrete. The light switches at the head of the bed are not appropriate for this location. Ideal location, 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Ibis Budget style hotel, clean and welcoming. The girl who received us was very friendly and welcoming. She also spoke Italian. The breakfast was good. The hotel was close to the center, about 15 minutes walk as well as being close to a cinema and restaurants.

We’ve been here many times, staying one night on our way to Spain. Budgetfriendly, dogfrienly, and good quality food.

The girl at the reception was very slow and didn’t understand very wel hoe things work. The building itself is a bit outdated by now.

No air conditioning, noise from a pump or I do not know what. Very simple rooms, but clean. Good breakfasts. Also, a rude receptionist (owner?) with stupid jokes like "you have my suitecase" - "No, I sold it for 10 euros, a good price, isn't it". The same style repeats several times even if the client obviously dislikes it.

Next to the train, a small supermarket and places to eat. old hotel and faded but my renovated room looked like the posted photo and had heavy curtains and double glazing to keep down city noise.... 24 hour reception and breakfast from 5:30 am (24/24 restaurant nearby if you want better) and in sight of a Starbucks if you must. Discounted price was ok value.... remember 90 years old so expect some...

We stayed just for one (short) night, the room was calm and clean. A fan was provided as well as a water cooker and cups with tea. Simple bathroom, towels provided as well as soap. Good price.The access is easy and the parking is closed to non-guests.

Just like two weeks ago in Ludres, the concierge bombarded me with demands for money, some of which I couldn't explain at all. I had booked in advance with Trip and used coins.
