I was subjected to racial discrimination, insults, and even verbal abuse by the hotel owner.

The only thing I requested was a room change because the shower drain was not working at all. When I took a shower, the water overflowed into the room and soaked the carpet.
Is that an unreasonable request?

I fully understand that hotel facilities can sometimes be insufficient or inconvenient. Many people use them, things break, and I usually accept that and continue my stay without complaint.
However, this was a situation where it was impossible to shower at all because the water would not drain. That is why I requested a room change.

Instead, I was asked to pay money.
I was told that because the carpet was wet, I had to pay for it — even though the water overflowed due to a facility problem, not our mistake.

There was no bathtub, no partitioned shower booth, and the water simply would not drain.

Out of disbelief, I laughed.
Because I laughed, I was told that the room would not be changed.

Should I have gotten angry instead?
If I had yelled, would they have changed the room?

After that, I was subjected to verbal abuse and racially discriminatory remarks.

Then I was told to leave the room and sleep on the bus.
Is this what hotel service is supposed to be?

The owner then started filming me with their phone and threatened to call the police.

They became angry on their own, escalated the situation by themselves, and then acted as if they were the victim — putting on a performance of victimhood.

I am not asking for kindness.
I am simply asking for normal, respectful customer service.

As a European tour leader, I have stayed in countless hotels across Europe. This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review like this.

There is not a single lie or exaggeration in what I have written above, and I believe the hotel staff know that very well themselves.

Please come to your senses and reflect on your actions.

Ver dirty parking lot, seagulls are eating out of the trashcans who are not emptied long time. Trash has even been put next to it
Staff is not friendly.
Overall feeling is bad.
