We booked a Family Apartment for two adults and three children. It was spacious, full of light, and ideally located near the kids’ club and the pool. Everything was spotless and super comfortable, ideal for a family stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with a bottle of champagne and sweet treats for kids and adults, such a thoughtful gesture.
We spent two weeks traveling across France, staying in different cities and many hotels, and this one exceeded all our expectations in terms of service and comfort. Truly a standout experience.
The entire team at the reception, restaurant, and pool was incredibly kind and attentive. The kids’ club staff were also fantastic, keeping our children happily engaged with creative and fun activities both on the beach and in the club. Not just screen time like in many other places.
In the evenings, live music in the restaurant created a romantic and relaxing atmosphere a perfect way to end each day.
We’re truly grateful for this experience. A perfect family getaway we’ll never forget!
The hotel and its location are undoubtedly great — picturesque setting and convenient access to the sea. However, the overall experience was significantly impacted by poor service and lack of professionalism.
During our two-night stay, we had to call guest services twice for basic requests (e.g., an extra towel). Both times, the response was extremely slow — over 25 minutes of waiting, despite the hotel not being at full occupancy (as confirmed by the receptionist). This level of delay is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber specially that both times we were quite on « vacation » rush.
Additionally, the hammam in the spa closed 45 minutes earlier than the communicated and official closing time, which was both inconvenient and disappointing.
The most unpleasant part of our stay was on the day of checkout. After handing over our room keys, we went for a quick swim and then requested to access the spa, as is allowed. The staff member at the spa was notably cold and unwelcoming — asking us to remove our shoes without offering slippers, questioning whether we had appropriate clothing for the soa, and generally making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. This kind of attitude is extremely unusual and unacceptable in a five-star setting.
Overall, while the property itself is beautiful, the service needs serious improvement to meet the standards expected of a luxury hotel. A great location can only go so far without the hospitality to match.

Beautiful building in centre of Deauville, but trading on its history. Way too expensive for tiny rooms, cheap/chipped furniture, poor housekeeping and poor service.
