The hotel has a modern and casual style, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and cheerful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

I came with my cat and had a fantastic experience. The room came with a pet area for my cat to sleep comfortably. The decor throughout the hotel was vibrant and very fun. The hotel had a supermarket and pharmacy in walking distance. The building was very lovely. Even though the parking was full when I arrived, the staff at the hotel helped me to find a parking garage that was close by. I had a great experience and would like to come back again.

Would have given a Zero if they is one

- The room is tiny and basic, basically a hostel.
- The basin in bath room and in the shower were both blocked and disgusting
- Heating was not working and the room was freezing
- Staff at the front deck were rude and unhelpful
- Breakfast was a complete mess. There was no seat, tiny amount of food, and there were barely any food left at 9.30am.

We had the family room for 4 and it was comfortable. The location was good, within walking distance of cafes and restaurants and not too far from the bustling shopping area. We came by car and although they did not have parking in house, they recommended a place nearby to park. Can highly recommend.
