Great eco-friendly hotel. Pleasantly surprised by free access to lounge which provides free breakfast in the morning and beverages/snacks throughout the day. Great location with centre of Lille.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city center. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated, but the mattresses are very hard, which is a downside.

Room was clean enough but quite small .hard to accommodate two person. There was no pot which can boil water.but generally I spent a cozy night .the hotel is located in the center area of Lille downtown . Nice access to iconic location of this town .

Nice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner.  No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking.

The facilities were fine, but I had a problem with the size of a 23-square-meter superior room, which was also crammed with furniture, so we couldn't pass each other or had to move it constantly. The breakfast was varied but inadequate. First, there was no cheese and insufficient toppings unless you opted for fruit and granola. On the second day, there wasn't enough bread and barely any scrambled eggs...

Great location, nice room specially the one looking on the old town! We got upgraded at check in to the Executive room that we appreciate a lot.

The room was good but there was a foul smell in the bathroom. The location was great and convenient from the Lille Europe Eurostar Station.

The location is very good, close to Lille Europe train station. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the hotel facilities are very new, the room is very quiet, the hygiene is very good, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

The hotel is situated just accross the street of Lille Europe train station and about 15min away by foot from old town. We were on the 7th floor with a lovely view of the near by park and bridge. The hotel has been renovated not long ago so everything felt like new. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the station.

Service is very good. Rooms are clean and the size is ok, but the bathroom is tiny. For breakfast there are several options, even boiled eggs (there is no scrambled eggs, nor sausages), the proposed food is fresh and tasty.

Had a great stay. It’s within walking distance of many of Lille’s attractions. The room was comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a safe in the room and received complimentary drinks which I appreciated. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

Good for a short stay. Has a decent gym which is very important for fitness-focused travelers. Room can be cleaner. And toilet is separate from the bathroom which is a bit strange.

We stayed at this hotel last summer. Nice hotel, great location in Vieux Lille. However, for breakfast I would like to eat whole-wheat bread (fiber!). When I asked if whole wheat bread was available, the staff did not know. It was not listed on the signs next to the various products either (and for many products there was no sign at all). This is a former Mercure transformed into a new brand. The location is excellent. At the time we visited (December), renovation were still ongoing. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are not up to 4* standards. Breakfast is decent. The staff were very friendly, kind and attentive. The room (jr suite) was spacious for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Even the pullout couch was relatively comfortable. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but we were only there one night. The location is in the center of the town, near restaurants and shops.

Tho hotel is good in a very good location. The room is clean, The breakfast was disappointingly limited with withered fruit, broken coffee machine and staff providing delayed service.

Location and aervice good but room very tired and very warm. Radiator in bathroom could not go off (paint chipped off), airco in room was yellow and broke (color dead give away). Overall you can see that since the hotel was “created” it has not been maintained well.

Unfortunately, despite checkout being between 6 and 12 a.m., the chambermaid asked us to leave the room twice, knocking loudly at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The service at the reception was friendly, as was the breakfast service.

Perfect hotel. Excellent service, room, and location. Special mention for the rooftop bar and the manager who welcomed, served, and advised us for several days. She even created several cocktails for the menu! The only downside to this hotel is the quality of the breakfast. It definitely needs improvement.

The hotel is truly fantastic: comfortable beds, a large shower, and a fantastic location were simply amazing! The rooftop terrace offers amazing views and delicious cocktails. An all-around wonderful stay.

The one star doesn't meet the expectations and is way overrated. The price we paid was for a 2/3 star restaurant not a one star Michelin. Nevertheless the staff is very helpful and the hotel accommodation is great as well.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, spacious and very comfortable. The overall presentation of the hotel is excellent. No doubt, Clarance Hotel is the best address in Lille.

Liked the proximity to the Grand Place and other restaurants and shopping. Upscale hotel. Bed was comfy. One of the individuals at reception had very poor English but tried hard. Air Conditioning was not effective. One of the dresser drawers was broken and wouldn't close and then the handle broke off. Mosquitos in the room (second floor). Coffee maker only dispensed small volumes of coffee.

The room was not ready on time and the clerk could not find our suitcase. The clerk at the reception said that the room was not paid and that I had to pay again! Top service, all Colleges are professional and friendly. The room is nice and warming decorated. The breakfast has higher level as other 4 star hotel in EU. With the event going on across the street and the bad sound insulation, it was noisy until 1 in the morning.

Very good hotel and staff. Near everything (metro, train, shooping, city center). Staff very responsive and willing to help you all the time, great amenities in the room. The only con is the acoustic isolation that allow some noises from neighbour rooms and from the hallway.

It’s superbly located and is very clean and modern. Excellent shower and bedding. Lovely warm friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, smoked salmon croissant granola and plenty of yoghurts and cheeses. Very pleased with our stay. The only issue is it may be slightly loud on the weekend as you are in a busy district but we kept the windows shut and AC on so it really was no trouble

Friendly staff, nice location. Sound insulation extremely poor, you’re literally sleeping on busy streets even wearing earplugs. Sleeping for 6+ hours is impossible. And I don’t know why Trip.com charges 27GBP per person breakfast, definitely don’t worth it.

The breakfast was rich, the food in the freezer was free (5 bottles of drinks), and a piece of chocolate was given. The toiletries were from L'Occitane, the room was very clean, and the view outside the window was also very good. I was very satisfied and I would choose this hotel again next time I go on a business trip.

Great location and very practical accommodation. Our 2‑bedroom apartment had four single beds and a sofa bed, plus a kitchen, which made the stay easy and comfortable. Being next to the train station and above the Westfield shopping centre was incredibly convenient. Parking is available for €17 a day. A cosy and well‑situated place to stay in Lille.

Stayed here for three nights. The location is very good. There is a large supermarket and shopping mall downstairs. It is only a few minutes' walk to the train station and only ten minutes to the attractions in the city center. The price/performance ratio is good.

It’s a 3 star hotel, good value for money. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable to 3star standard. Bathroom good also. Shame just one tea bag each, nothing else. Location fab for everything.

Room was nice and cosy, I had a very good sleep. Breakfast was lovely too. The lady noticed that I really liked drinking the milk they had so she refilled my glass more than once even when breakfast session was about to end. Had a really nice stay for Braderie weekend. Well worth buying breakfast and starting your day with the amazing view over the square. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No problem at all.

The service was very good, but the room didn't have an air conditioner, only a fan. It wasn't too hot, which was good, but it was sometimes uncomfortable during the day or when sleeping.

It met my expectations. It was clean and tidy. The room was small but it was manageable. The choose of lighting was a little bad but nothing too serious. The only bad thing was curtain on the window. It was a type- of a scroll curtain and it did not let me choose length.

The room was better than expected, the front desk service was smooth, luggage can be stored for free after check-out, and hair dryers can also be obtained from the front desk. It was a very good experience and cost-effective

Great stay overall! The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The room was spacious, very clean, and the shower was especially comfortable. One detail I really loved was the coffee machine added to the room—it was such a nice touch and made mornings much better. Would definitely stay here again!

Very pleased with our stay at Boa Hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They were able to recommend some restaurants for dinner, which were within walking distance (20 mins). Hotel location was just 10 mins from Eurostar station and just 5 mins to the shopping areas. All in all, I would happily stay here again.

Decent enough room, no qualms with the service. But the area around the train station doesn't feel safe, and you can find homeless camping a few meters away from the hotel which probably means the city doesnt bother to provide them any shelter

The location was very convenient however our room smelled strongly of smoke when we came in. Even after airing out the room, the smell lingered on the duvets and pillows.

Exceptional service - the reception team were warm and welcoming. They seemed genuinely happy to greet us and to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, and spotless - brilliant housekeeping team! The hotel is well located too - a few minutes easy walk to the Eurostar terminal and just ten mins walk into the historic centre.
