All in all its a nice place but if I have to be honest it was not as clean as I expected and as the pictures indicated. But it was a fair price for the stay and the bed was really comfy.

We spent a week I'm a suite with it's own patio. It was comfortable and quiet. Directly across the street from the metro station, so convenient to get to the city center without having to stay in the middle of it. The suite was just adorable and comfortable. I really hope to return one day.

The Au Chat Qui Dort team is helpful, professional and willing to help. The properties are well maintained. The rooms have all you need for your stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I like the location of the other properties best. But this one compensates with the metro being next door. the rooms are quiet at night. The best part for me is that they are pet friendly.

Really lovely Aparthotel, just a short walk or metro ride from Lille city centre! The room was really modern, with plenty of plug sockets. Loved the addition of a very mini kitchenette too. A lovely stay at a very welcoming hotel. Well placed for driving to, and we left the car to hop on the metro stop opposite which was a couple of minutes from the centre of the very beautiful Lille. The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

The location is very good, close to Lille Europe train station. The scenery outside the window is beautiful, the hotel facilities are very new, the room is very quiet, the hygiene is very good, and the front desk staff is very friendly.

The hotel is situated just accross the street of Lille Europe train station and about 15min away by foot from old town. We were on the 7th floor with a lovely view of the near by park and bridge. The hotel has been renovated not long ago so everything felt like new. I would recommend this hotel if you need to be close to the station.

Nice, pleasantly designed hotel bu I was expecting more amenity for a 4 star hotel. No tea or milk in the room. Only two small coffee capsules (on decaf one normal). No ironing facility in the room. No hair conditioner.  No kettle … my phone and heating weren’t wirking.

Very pleased with our stay at Boa Hotel. The room was lovely and clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They were able to recommend some restaurants for dinner, which were within walking distance (20 mins). Hotel location was just 10 mins from Eurostar station and just 5 mins to the shopping areas. All in all, I would happily stay here again.

Liked the proximity to the Grand Place and other restaurants and shopping. Upscale hotel. Bed was comfy. One of the individuals at reception had very poor English but tried hard. It’s superbly located and is very clean and modern. Excellent shower and bedding. Lovely warm friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with eggs, smoked salmon croissant granola and plenty of yoghurts and cheeses. Very pleased with our stay. The only issue is it may be slightly loud on the weekend as you are in a busy district but we kept the windows shut and AC on so it really was no trouble

The breakfast was rich, the food in the freezer was free (5 bottles of drinks), and a piece of chocolate was given. Top service, all Colleges are professional and friendly. The room is nice and warming decorated. The breakfast has higher level as other 4 star hotel in EU. With the event going on across the street and the bad sound insulation, it was noisy until 1 in the morning.

It's very close to the city center, making transportation convenient. The decor is great, and the daily free coffee is a highlight. The staff are also very helpful. The only drawback is that the soundproofing upstairs is a bit poor; footsteps can be heard very clearly, which affects my rest and sleep at night.

This is a former Mercure transformed into a new brand. The location is excellent. At the time we visited (December), renovation were still ongoing. Rooms are nice but bathrooms are not up to 4* standards. Breakfast is decent. Unfortunately, despite checkout being between 6 and 12 a.m., the chambermaid asked us to leave the room twice, knocking loudly at 9 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. The service at the reception was friendly, as was the breakfast service.
