If you like a hotel with bad A/C stay here. If you dont want to feel like you are in an oven then go somewhere else that actually has functional air conditioning! I would say this is a 3 star hotel tops!
The hotel is very dated. When you first arrive you will be shocked at how run down the outside looks. It doesn't get a whole lot better on the inside...
Breakfast aswell is sparse and not very good. Stay anywhere else!

More than we expected. We was looking for a one night stay on our way to Caen. The hotel is perfect for a quick stop over and the breakfast was more than we had expected.
The hotel is old but have gotten a fine make over.

One of the worst Novotel experiences for me so far. Hotel air conditioning was broken and it was too warm in the room to be able to sleep at night. There were files and insects in the room buzzing around at night. Soap dispenser had no soap. Overall very tiring experience.

Spent 3 nights in the hotel. The service is quite good, nothing to say. But the breakfast is ridiculous for Novotel standard. Very limited choice, very limited quantity and you have to do everything by your self. You have to squeeze oranges to get your orange juice, you need to fry your eggs and set it your self.
The room is lacking basic things like iron, ironing board, slippers, empty bottle to fill in water from the fountain. When you need to attend a conference, which was the case, when you a need minimum of comfort and if your time is precious, this is probably not the right place to go.

A truly great place to stay overnight while traveling.
The location is close to the highway, with a great restaurant and outdoor pool for hot days. Reservations are required for dinner; we didn't, but luckily we were able to get in later in the evening. There are plenty of board games available in the shared lobby, as well as a foosball table and pinball machine. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good, the room was quiet, and it was very clean.

Recently stayed at a hotel located right by the highway near Valenciennes. Despite its proximity to the road, the hotel was incredibly clean and quiet. Each room is well-equipped, including a safe for your valuables. One of the standout features is that the toilet is in a separate room from the bathroom, which is a thoughtful touch.
Although the hotel is not the newest, it is well-maintained and everything works properly. The staff at both the reception and the restaurant are exceptionally friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The restaurant offers delicious and flavorful food, which was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area. It's a great place to rest and recharge, especially if you appreciate good service and tasty meals.
