Bed was a bit uncomfortable. No lift so had to climb 23/25 stairs to get to reception. The man in reception was nice the room was clean the toilet was really small and shower was not accessible. While the gentleman was nice I wouldn’t stay here again.

No fresh bedding or towels during my entire stay.
Although the bed was made every day, the sheets were not changed for 5 days, nor were the towels.

Very very kind & friendly staff, it was much appreciated!
Easy to find & close to train station.
Although room was small & no elevator, it was clean & comfortable for the most part. It was cozy like coming to grandma's house! Would just improve moldy smell- which was manageable once you open the windows. Also shower was a bit rusty- which could be replaced.

I arrived at 22h and the man at the reception was very nice and welcoming. There was no problem with a late check-in.
The rooms, toilets and bathrooms were all very clean with new paint and wallpaper. The hotel seems very well maintained with a friendly and accommodating staff.
The hotel was super quiet which I appreciated very much.
Thank you for a pleasant stay after a long and tiring journey.

Nice staff and good breakfast. The room and facilities are old but clean. I didn't like the fact of having moquette in the room. Shower gel is nice.

Warm welcome, clean comfy room.

An atmosphere reminiscent of an old hotel, suitable for a night. In the middle of the old town, everything is in one place.

I loved the area. The staff were very helpful. Room was small but had a fridge. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. We were lucky to arrive before 3 pm otherwise I might have found it difgicult t o access. Access to shops resurants etc were excellent. I certainly would stay again.
