Last minute booking after losing my phone and unable to get into AirBNB accommodation. Staff were exceptional trying to help and room was just perfect for what I needed. Great breakfast and location too.

Hotel Iena gets 5 stars all around. We used a cheaper room as all we needed was a good bed to sleep after visiting Puy du Fou. Clean room and big bathroom is just the beginning... The staff are amazing. After our flight lost/delayed our luggage we were in a pickle. Multiple staff took it as their personal mission to help, going above and beyond to put our minds at ease.
Great location as well.

I can't say enough good things about the staff and how helpful they were. The lady on reception helped us with our bikes, and the lady at breakfast noticed my gluten free crackers and gave me gluten-free bread and Madelines.
The hotel looks like it should be more expensive than it is.
Nice bedrooms, lovely shower.
Tiny lift.

My boyfriend and I booked this hotel lastminute, because we had car trouble while camping in the area. We had to book something on the spot and decided to randomly go for this one: turned out to be one of the best decisions of the entire trip. The room was compact, but the bed was great. The bathroom was a bit outdated but still nothing to complain about.
The employee that checked us in and the man that we saw on our way out, were both supersuperfriendly. They helped us out with everything.
We ‘accidentally’ ended up here, but would definitely stay here again!!

A gem! Great, welcoming staff. Very attentive and supportive. Our bikes were securely parked. The room was nicely designed and spacious. The location superb. Loved it.

If there was a 10* option I would give them this rating! From start to end the experience was fabulous, staff went beyond expectations to ensure our stay was fantastic.amazing staff! The ambiance throughout the hotel is on a different level and surpasses the majority of other hotels in Angers!

The worst hotel ever! I paid for the breakfast and went to eat. They say that I took a lot of food, but food was so poor. People who work there were very rood. The room was very dirty. I don’t know how they have two stars. I will never come back there.

We had a nice stay and the hotel is very clean. The receptionist is always smiling. They have a bike garaje, if you are bike touring.

We stayed in the hotel for one night while travelling by bike. Both receptionists were super friendly and attentive (5* for them). They had a special deposit for our bikes, which was great. The location is very central, you can visit everything by foot. The price was fair and the room very comfortable. Some small maintenance would be necessary, specially in the bathroom.
