We enjoyed a 2 nights stay in this hotel. Good, spacious rooms, very good location, very kind people working, good quality food for breakfast. We thank the hotel management for the great experience.

Very competent staff, clean spaces, charging car stations available, but the quality of fruits at breakfast weren’t as fresh and good as expected.

Have stayed in many Novotels around the world but this one was the most disappointing and not up to the normal standard. The main entrance is drab and dirty leaving an immediate bad impression. Service at reception was good however breakfast service was slow with many plates at the buffet just barren of food and dirty plates left at tables for too long with people waiting to get a table. I think I booked a classic room for 4 ppl but when I checked in, it was a standard room for 2 ppl. Anyway, I was there alone so I didnt make any complain. The room is standard and clean. Breakfast serving time is only to 10 am which I missed it.

The room was comfortable. But the drain system in the bathroom basin was clogged!

We had a great overnight stay on our way back to the ferry. Interior of the hotel is funky, clean and the staff are incredibly friendly. The pool was a wonderful addition. The facade of the hotel is a little bit tired which is a shame as it hides a great experience. It was 12 minutes walk into town/chateux, a really safe wonderful wander to nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you to all the team...

The place was okay. Love the room services and big space room. Ordered room service dinner every night. However it was rather dark and old. The food was great.

The hotel is new, breakfasts are not bad, reception staff are attentive, cleaning in the room is sloppy. The location is good.

We booked this hotel to visit the castles of the Loire Valley, and the location is just perfect! Very clean rooms. We hadn't noticed they have a spa zone when we were booking this hotel, so we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the saunas. All in all, we liked our stay a lot. If we go back one day to visit the castles, we'll choose this hotel again.

The room is of medium size and the service is good. Although it is not in the city center, it is easily accessible. Starting point of the M 4, starting point for the 991 ferry. It's right by the sea🏝️The downside is that it's not very convenient to eat.

Rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. Location is great if travelling by car and it is safe with its private parking. Good value. Would recommend hairdryer in room.

Good value for money, a very practical hotel for a night's stay, with free and secure parking just 3 minutes from the highway A10 Paris-Bordeaux, friendly welcome, perfect for my stop on my road trip between Germany and Spain, clean, small room but fine for one, maximum two nights.

Staff was nice and welcoming. Room was always perfectly cleaned. The style of the common areas is well thought through. However the noise isolation between rooms is poor. I could hear the lady in the room next to me snoring at night. I could also hear all conversations perfectly which represents an issue when you’re looking for privacy.

Nice hotel well situated. 5 minutes walk to the castle and the medieval part of the town, including a lot of nice restaurants and bars. Friendly staff. Car park available at the hotel.

Excellent hotel for an overnight stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance of the centre of Blois. There is an underground car park which was just right for us as we were in the middle of a heatwave when we visited so it made sure our car didn't overheat.

Have been in a few similar places from the same brand, however first time that have been in this particular place and it is a really good spot to come to, all the major facilities and other things to be found from here and a really good room and breakfast selection too.

Not been in this hotel yet but have been in other similar branded ones a little while ago, with this one there is a few things that can be seen nearby though also not too far away from the rest of the town either, all the needed stuff here to have a stay for a few nights too.

Another really good hotel brand branch that is near to everything and not too near the rest of the town, yet close enough to walk to most things and useful for a few nights stay. A little gem despite the exterior look. This hotel looks rather old from the outside, the reception area is in a 80's style, but this impression stops there. The rooms are newly refurbished and very comfortable. The food in the restaurant is very good and the breakfast is also very satisfactory. One of the best value for money I came accross in the last few years. I will definitely come back to this...

Compliments for the host who runs this hotel! A lot of people stay here when going South. Gated, secured parking. Breakfast was really value for money. For a French breakfast it was a lot more than expected. It made me consider moving to France for the quality of food. The rooms are efficiently decorated and clean. The hotel was perfectly fine. The website says there's a restaurant within walking distance (La Boucherie), but unfortunately, it's closed. It's not mentioned anywhere. So, we went to the Leclerc brasserie a bit further down the road, which was unfortunately closed. It was already 8 p.m., so we had sandwiches and cheese in our room. Not exactly what you want after 500km in the heat... why isn't that...

I didn't realize it when I booked, but it's actually a motel surrounded by 4-star dealerships. It's at least a 50-minute walk from the train station and castle, making it unsuitable for backpackers exploring the Loire Valley. I recommend it to those traveling by car. Thankfully, it was just one night, and there's a large, reasonably priced supermarket and bakery nearby. The receptionist was helpful...

Nothing special about this place. It has a bed, shower and toilet. Great for people passing thru France. Not that great if you would be staying for longer periods. Other than that no complaints.

Good Value for Money Great value for money and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was a little dated however and could do with redecorating.

Hotel booked for one night. He does the job. Slept well even though the night was short. The mattress was a little soft for my liking. Positive note and a big thank you to the person who gave us the keys because we were in competition. Didn't eat breakfast

The hotel is located in an industrial day, very well located not far from the city center If you do not have breakfast at the hotel, you have a bakery 200 m from the hotel. Pleasant stay.

BW Blois Chateau Perfect location, very close to Blois Chateau. Free street parking from 19:00 till 9:00. Clean room, helpful staff. On the negative side - A/C could be better. Walls are very thin, you can hear other guests in their rooms.

The room is very good and comfortable

Room and furniture not in a good state, could not set the water temperature in the shower due to a malfunctioning, there is no private parking. And way too expensive for what it offers. Try to find another hotel for same money.

The room was clean and pleasant. Some staff were helpful but others were not. The breakfast ran out and was not replenished even though we arrived an hour before the end time. The breakfast room was very nice and had a lovely terrace. It would be nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee.

My wife had twisted her back on the journey and we were changed to a room opposite the lift which enabled her to not have to climb any stairs. However this room was quite small. Easy access to the city of Blois and the Chateau. Becoming our go to last night stop in France.

I booked a room with air conditioning. When I arrived, there was only one fan, which did not match the filter I had specified. The hotel also stated that it had air conditioning.

The room was clean. The bathroom is neat. There’s a staircase and elevator. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is very helpful, friendly. The location is great. Just the opposite the chateau.

I don’t know why the rating is so low. The location is very good, right next to Blois Castle. The front desk is also very friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable here after a day of visiting the castle.

I am working for a bus company in Germany, we have many travels throughout Europe and hence we have to book even more hotels for our drivers. I've had the pleasure to be working with a colleague of the hotel Ms D. (Don't want to give out her name) and everything went perfect, no problems at all with the reservations and invoices. Our drivers told me the whole staff is polite and the rooms were clean...

You get exactly what you pay for. A clean bed, clean towels and a clean bathroom. Otherwise it’s small and simple, it’s right in the city center, and if you just want to sleep there and not live there, it’s totally fine.

Great overnight stop to enjoy Blois Overnight stop off with family, secure parking was a bonus as lots of luggage we wanted to leave in car. Friendly helpful staff, free breakfast better than excepted, with freshly baked pastries and bread. Basic but very clean and perfect with easy walk into centre of Blois for evening.

Receptionist is not able to communicate (not even a little bit in English), nor to give the correct money back. To get a towel we had to pay 3€ each. No AC in such a hot day. Window does not close properly. Bed was very good. In relation to the price it's quite satisfying.

you pay what you get, its good just for a night, the bathroom and shower are not in the room, so you have to get out of the room and the space of them are very tight. but you have a tv in your room, and enough space for 3 people. I give 4 stars because of the bathroom and shower

The hotel is easy to find, and there are short-term parking spaces in front of the door, which you can use during check-in. A parking space in the underground garage can be booked separately. The room is functionally furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom and toilet are clean. The breakfast is varied and tasty, served in a cozy room.

3 days in Blois Good location, very friendly and helpful staff, gave us an upgrade. Linens, towels, bathroom clean. Had a reasonable kitchen, but no kitchen linens, no sharp knives, wine glasses etc

We choose this hotel to make a stopover on our trip to Bretange. The location was chosen because ibis on walking distance to Chateau Blois. We arrived late and on our request we were kindly advised a very good restaurant. The next day we visited the Chateau and were on our way to Bretagne before noon. The hotel perfectly suited our purpose!

This hotel was perfect for our needs of travelling through France. The beds were firm and comfy, and the bathroom and bedroom spacious and clean. The hotel staff were also friendly and nice. Breakfast is VERY self service, but totally fine. Beware that Blois has a demanted one-waysystem. Driving through it using an English sat nav courtsey of Google Maps resulted in some shocking errors. We enjoyed our stay in Blois which was made so easy by using this hotel. It was very handy for getting into the town and the parking arrangements were very good; they were in a secure underground car park and relatively cheap compared to parking on the street. Our room was spacious and airy, with a big window to let in cooler air after our hot day spent in the car. The bathroom facilities were good...

A perfect place to stay in Blois Very good hotel for the money.

It's an inexpensive hotel close to the town centre. It's a bit cramped and some of the fittings need refreshing but it is clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful.

We called in for a drink and dinner, they had my favourite beer, Leffe Ruby, on tap. We had burgers, one duck burger with jacket potato and one vegetarian burger with chips. Excellent quality and Monsieur gave excellent service too. Thank you. When in Blois next we shall visit again.

Well It's not always about a star review as it's a price that is priceless with the basic room as rustic and authentic. The importance of an individual owner working hard to give what he has to offer and this is 5 star. The corporate hotels can never match this service we have recieved and the views from the room were so out of this world. I have always passed on route to the south and never stayed...

For a two star hotel very good, no bad comments. The room was very clean. slept there for 2 nights, we didnt have breakfast but that was an option.
