Drive on and keep searching. Cosy is cheap but the carpet had a sour smell and a corner smelled like something had died and soiled its pants. There is no airconditioning and no ventilation in the bathroom. The shower curtain is crusty and moldy. At our checkout, the manager, who seemed alright on day 1, scribbled a sum of money with a pencil on a piece of paper and tried to make us pay the prepaid nights again.
Edit after their response: No one explained anything to us about a so-called error in their reservation system. If they had, we would have understood the confusion.

I am working for a bus company in Germany, we have many travels throughout Europe and hence we have to book even more hotels for our drivers.
I've had the pleasure to be working with a colleague of the hotel Ms D. (Don't want to give out her name) and everything went perfect, no problems at all with the reservations and invoices.
Our drivers told me the whole staff is polite and the rooms were clean and everything was fine.
I can say that this hotel is one of the best I've dealt with so far and recommend it to private persons and companies alike.
