The hotel was a good choice and I enjoyed it a lot. The team was nice. Breakfast was great and everything was good.
Easy to Park, great location on the river with a cool view of the pool and river. easy to walk the city. slightly noisy at night due to proximity of freeway. clean room, good breakfast, trendy looking lobby.
We stayed at this hotel on the way to and from our holiday in the South of France. The location is great, an easy walk into town and easy to get to from the major roads. The communal areas of the hotel are well done and the breakfast was good however some of the rooms did not live up to the rest of the hotel. On the way down we were put into a room on the top floor which was fine, on the way back however...
Stayed here twice in August to break journey from the UK down to the south of France with my family. It's in a good location to see the centre of Orleans (10 minute walk) and has a private car park. These were important features to us. However the rooms were very poor for a 4-star hotel and did not offer value for money. Paper cups, chipped paint, rain shower head not working, in-room safe not working...
Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!
The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints...

Very nice hotel located in a premium area of Orleans, good client service, extra water and coffee in the hallways, nice experience
Cool place! Very good location near the mall and only a short walk to the cathedral. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were large and clean. Only downside is the chaotic parking situation in town. Other than that this was a wonderful place!
Great location to access the old town and be close to the train station. Excellent value for the room. I would skip the breakfast next time.

Our room was spacious and lovely, very comfortable bed and tea and coffee making in the room as well as water station and coffee machine available in foyer. The breakfast was good. As far as the location it was very convenient for everything. Would definitely stay again.
very nice and classic Hotel in the very center of Orleans. Nice and well equiped room and good service. to reach the Hotel by car You have to enter the pedestrian area and pass a check point... A great feature is the historic elevator in the stairway!

Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine. Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help.

Very poor experience at check in. Room wasnt ready 2hrs after check in time.
Everything is at ground level in this hotel but this does mean a long walk to your room and if you were a lone traveller opening a window at night might make you feel uncomfortable. Reception was a bit confused at checkin of our group and some rooms were not available which given that we arrived after 3pm was odd. The hotel has obviously had a face lift and was not unattractive but they really needed...
Despite of we arrived very late because the rain and traffic jam, there were an staff member waiting for us at the reception. The hotel is clean and safe. The breakfast was included with a variety of food and nice quality. The pool is open from 9 am, its a seasonal pool, but we enjoy it before our depart. The late check in at 12m its optimal for families. We had chance of enjoy the hotel amenities...
A disorganised chaos on arrival, tried to take payment for a pre-paid stay, and absent bar service. Poor menu for veggies.
All the people wear swimsuits and are barefoot at the reception, I felt almost like being at a beach. Flip flops and shorts at dinner are the usual attire. You are requested to keep the cutlery used for the starter for the main course. It is not acceptable to be decently dressed for dinner among barefoot companies.
4 star staff in a 3 star hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star.
