Orleans, 44 Quai Barentin (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!
The food was very over-priced and of poor quality.
The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. The staff were pleasant and some helpful but it is all over-priced for what you got. The eV chargepoints...
Great stay for a couple with 2 dogs, enjoying a balcony overlooking the river. Excellent evening meal, and good breakfast after morning session in the gym. Wonderful staff everywhere.
Good place to stop en route back to Calais. Family friendly.
I strongly recommend this hotel , room are spacious , great view on the river and the city. It is one of the best hotel in the city center . I look forward coming back asap. Eric Gallula Perez
We stayed on the 1st floor in a family room (111) that hasn't been refurbished yet. Room was spotless though slightly tired. Our room was technically over the reception so didn't encounter any road noise.
Hotel is a 10minute ish walk into the city centre - a lovely walk along the river.
We stayed with our two children and dog. Room was perfect and the kids liked the dip in the pool. Main reception...

We have been staying at this hotel for ten years and it was always been great,we were a little worried that with a change of ownership it may have changed but we didn't need to. A great stay with a friendly staff and a great breakfast. We will be back
I booked this hotel in Orleans to stay overnight during my trip from Spain to Germany.
The location is great, you can enjoy a nice walk to the city center in a matter of minutes, and a small hotel private parking can be used (8€).
The room was clean, the staff was very kind and a very good English spoken. If I had to visit Orleans again I would for sure stay at this wonderful hotel.
Essential, close to the centre. Rooms and toilet very small but for 1 person is fine
Friendly service and good facilities
The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.
Pleasant staff. Room a little disappointing especially the small bathroom with rusty parts. For the price it's a bit of a shame.

Despite of we arrived very late because the rain and traffic jam, there were an staff member waiting for us at the reception. The hotel is clean and safe. The breakfast was included with a variety of food and nice quality. The pool is open from 9 am, its a seasonal pool, but we enjoy it before our depart. The late check in at 12m its optimal for families. We had chance of enjoy the hotel amenities...
The size and comfort of the bed, the spacious room, the coffee was good, the trolleys, easy to find and park, decent restaurant - easy to get a glass of water, big tv, great shower, nicely decorated.
Lovely stay and goog food in the morning....
The place was clean and kept well..
We had an overnight stay on our way back. Very conveniently located near the A10. Bed was comfortable albeit a bit narrow for two adults of our calibre. Food was excellent, wine list a bit over-priced. Friendly staff, good parking facilities. Will be on our list for future stopovers.
Old dated hotel with some modern decorative updates. No Aircon in the rooms, cleaning staff start early. No hot food available for breakfast. Bed wasn't very comfortable.
Cosy place to be at, the reception office is mobile you need to ask where the office can be located on your arrival.

We stayed overnight at Ibis Orléans gare in July 2017. The hotel is just opposite the train station, and a 10-minute walk from the city centre. The hotel was recently renovated and the room is nicely decorated, if small. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is larger than usual in an Ibis, only one towel per person. Service was decent, from welcoming to strictly professional. Parking is easy...
This property is directly across the road from the central Orleans train station and a 10 minute walk from the old city centre. In short, its location for a tourist is excellent. The hotel is good 3 to 4 star standard - clean, comfortable, good bed and bathroom, and reasonably priced. Rooms are small (by our Australian standards, at least) and there is a shortage of clothes storage and hanging space...
I stayed here for 2 nights as it was a convenient place to explore the city and also squeeze in a Paris day trip without the huge prices for many Paris hotels. Being right opposite the station and trains take just over an hour from Paris then fair enough! The hotel was not very exceptional in any way, just a very average Ibis although the breakfast was not bad at all. It wasn't cheap and maybe if I...
I arrived at about 7pm, and was kept waiting in an otherwise empty reception for three or four minutes waiting to be attended. I could see someone sitting at a computer in the office, facing in my direction, but he was really dressed in his casual home attire, not dressed for work, so I assumed he wasn't working on the reception desk. However, after three or four minutes of him watching the computer...
Rooms are not very spacious. Very hot in the rooms, airconditioning not working. Breakfast was not OK at all. Due to covid-19 measurements, there is no buffet. You need to fill in a document what you would like for breakfast. It is then set up on a table in the morning per room number. Our order was wrong, some things were missing. When I requested what I ordered, at first the breakfast lady was very...

Very nice hotel located in a premium area of Orleans, good client service, extra water and coffee in the hallways, nice experience
Cool place! Very good location near the mall and only a short walk to the cathedral. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were large and clean. Only downside is the chaotic parking situation in town. Other than that this was a wonderful place!
Great location to access the old town and be close to the train station. Excellent value for the room. I would skip the breakfast next time.
Great location! Friendly staff and good beds and quiet that’s always important for us :)
Our room was spacious and lovely, very comfortable bed and tea and coffee making in the room as well as water station and coffee machine available in foyer. The breakfast was good. As far as the location it was very convenient for everything. Would definitely stay again.
very nice and classic Hotel in the very center of Orleans. Nice and well equiped room and good service. to reach the Hotel by car You have to enter the pedestrian area and pass a check point... A great feature is the historic elevator in the stairway!

I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre.
What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. I even phoned the number provided but they never replied. I ended up street parking...
Great price, great location. Had a Carrefour nearby and is right in front of a bus stop. The only downside is that you can hear the street noises so if you prefer silence, I wouldn’t recommend.
Attention, the website mistakenly states that the reception is open on weekends. This is not true. You need to either call / write to the hotel in advance, and they will send you the access code and password for the key box, or use the emergency number. The key is left in an envelope in the safe upon arrival on the weekend. Another inaccuracy is that they require a deposit - nothing is needed (for...
I came here to watch the Tour de France.
The receptionist speaks English.
It's convenient because most tourist attractions are within walking distance.
The room was clean and had a small kitchen. There was also tableware and a kettle.
There was no air conditioning, but there was a refrigerator and a fan, so it was not uncomfortable to sleep even in the summer.
There were towels, body soap, and welcome...
The rooms are very poorly insulated. You can hear everything from the traffic.
The only positive aspect is the comfortable bedding.
A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Luckily however when someone exited the building we were able to wait in the reception area while we worked out what to do to avoid the pouring rain...

Pit stop
We stopped here for a half way rest point to break up a long journey. Room was small but adequate, bed was a bit hard but ok for a night. Staff were all very friendly and breakfast was fine. It's a good location to get the tram into central Orleans.
Its a fine experience, the rooms were clean enough. But it did live up to its 2 star name with a few bugs in our room, and hair on the shower head. And just the breakfast room and vending machines for food and drink. Which was to be expected. Our little one enjoyed the bunk bed above our bed however!
Second time staying at the same place. This time was a bit warm with no fans or aircon.
And an adjustable angle showerhead would have been great.
Apart from that, good place to stop over.
A very good budget hotel. Typical of Ibis quality and despite being very economic in cost, the room was nice. Comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful. There was ample parking and vending machines for any snacks that you may want. The Wi-Fi was good and stable and free and it was a short walk to the tram station with direct services into the centre every 10 minutes. The hotel was very well...
In remote areas. Room so small. No air conditioning, so hot.
I always use Ibis budget, but there are some small differences. Compared to others like Clermont Ferrand this is a little more "budget". No airco, shower when holding shower head up your self, very small cabin, the sink in the bedroom itself. Only 2 half toilet rolls. Generic pictures on website over promise on the actual state a bit. The beds are decent, clean, wifi tiptop and a tv you can't get any...

A very comfortable and spacious room with facilities to cook. Very clean and I enjoyed a nice continental breakfast.
A word of warning it is not the easiest place to find. I was directed to the block of flats behind the hotel.
It was upon arrival that we discovered it was a student residence. It's a new building. It's clean. The reception is adequate.
The reception is non-existent, the staff are indifferent to the customers.

First of all , big share out to all the hotel members especially salma she was really hospital ,I really enjoyed my experience in this great hotel , coming back sonn.
Good location for where we were travelling for our motorbike tour, Google maps doesn't take you to the entrance but round the back so check street view. Rooms were very small, but clean and comfortable and well equipped. Large bed takes up most of the room space. Breakfast was good with good food choices. Value for money if you're just on a short stay.
A nice hotel that is undergoing some updating and improving with the addition of Air conditioning units in the rooms. We had a unit in the room but unfortunately it wasn't working. The hotel is situated near quite a busy road so if the window is opened it gets to be quite noisy.
The staff were really helpful and welcoming. We were unable to get dinner in the resteraunt but there are some eateries...
This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Quirky Hotel in a Great Location
Quirky hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms comfortable with plenty of space. Hotel closed to station and city centre. Would stay here again
A well located hotel near the old town
Pretty decent hotel for a short stay (ours was just one night). Very well located for both the old town and the railway station (both of which maybe 250-300m away). Thus ideal for a short break.

Good hotel, but not during a heatwave!
The hotel was fine, service from staff was excellent, but our room was in the roof section of the third floor, and with the heatwave it was impossibly hot all night. Even with the skylights open and the two fans on. The room really needs air-conditioning.
Nice location on an after diner walking distance to the old historical center. Parking was easy in the neighborhood. Breakfast and personnel good, so we were happy.
A lovely hotel, perfect for our stop over as we travelled across France. A short walk into the main town.
Very close to the city center and with free roadside parking.
The room was very clean but the property is a bit dated.
The hotel itself was cozy and modern with comfortable beds. We arrived with 4 people as family and we had a family room. Not much space but pretty ok to stay for one night.

Good breakfast at a price comparable to in nearby restaurants. Allowed us to store our luggage until it was time to leave for the train.
Very small room with old furniture. Only 1 simpel chair. Bathroom very small and looked not really fresh in te shower. (kitnaden zwart )
+++ 5 minutes from the old city.
When as a family for a 1 night stay over ,lots of stairs as no lift, family room had a beam across the floor major trip hazard as we found out ,poor lighting in the room ,breakfast not worth 10.90 ,close to city center.
Great find
For the competitive price, the room and overall hotel exceeds all the attributes expected. The one low point is when getting in after the checkin desk, ventilation should be improved to prevent smell of food, which is a minor point.
It is strategically located within 8 minutes from the train station and mall.
It is a small hotel along a major road and well located for visiting the city center. Double glazing is very efficient. The style is minimalist but it has everything you need. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. A good point for the welcome from the receptionist who did everything he could to help us. He even brought our bike bags up to the rooms. No designated guests parking for this hotel. We have to drag along our luggage from an underground public parking to the hotel. Also, parking fee is not included for staying in this hotel.
Breakfast is wonderful.
This is a hotel with notions. It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but in practice that seems to mean a weird colour scheme (dark blue and green are not a good colour combination) and clocks that are strictly for decoration.

Nice location but not much close by. The center of town is about a 20 min walk along the river. The rooms are clean but spartan with very small pillows and lack basic amenities. The breakfast is just good.
We arrived late. There is no restaurant in the hotel, thus we dined in the restaurant of a neighbouring hotel. Returning to our hotel we would have liked to have a drink at the bar, but it had been already closed at 9 pm.
