Very comfortable room, spacious and well appointed. ♿ Access to the hotel and room was very easy. The hotel is well placed, overlooking the river and in easy walking distance from the city centre along good pavements, via the quai and Royal Arcade (following directions from the very helpful front desk staff). There is also a good restaurant in the hotel. Recommended!

The food was very over-priced and of poor quality. The room was way too hot and paying so much for a 4-star hotel room, having paper cups is not acceptable. The exterior of the hotel looks very shabby, the lack of a sensible location as it is very difficult to navigate to just added to the gaggravation. Great stay for a couple with 2 dogs, enjoying a balcony overlooking the river. Excellent evening meal, and good breakfast after morning session in the gym. Wonderful staff everywhere.

We stayed on the 1st floor in a family room (111) that hasn't been refurbished yet. Room was spotless though slightly tired. Our room was technically over the reception so didn't encounter any road noise. Hotel is a 10minute ish walk into the city centre - a lovely walk along the river. I booked this hotel in Orleans to stay overnight during my trip from Spain to Germany. The location is great, you can enjoy a nice walk to the city center in a matter of minutes, and a small hotel private parking can be used (8€). The room was clean, the staff was very kind and a very good English spoken. If I had to visit Orleans again I would for sure stay at this wonderful hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.

Nice location but not much close by. The center of town is about a 20 min walk along the river. The rooms are clean but spartan with very small pillows and lack basic amenities. The breakfast is just good.

Cool place! Very good location near the mall and only a short walk to the cathedral. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were large and clean. Only downside is the chaotic parking situation in town. Other than that this was a wonderful place!

Perfect location for a two day stay. Arrived on a Sunday and evident brunch and lunch service popular, with al fresco seating in the sunshine. Convenient multi storey parking within metres and a useful drop off spot to unload luggage. Staff always on hand and happy to help.

I've stayed at a few Aparthotels run by this chain & know what to expect - in terms of apartment condition this was fine and walkable to the city centre. What made my stay difficult was the car parking. I emailed the property twice before arriving (on a Saturday) saying that I needed to park my car but nothing was done. Great price, great location. Had a Carrefour nearby and is right in front of a bus stop. The only downside is that you can hear the street noises so if you prefer silence, I wouldn’t recommend.

A little disappointed with our stay. To begin with, we couldn’t get into our room! As we were checking in outside of reception hours we were emailed access codes only to find that upon arrival the access codes had expired and we could not access our room. Its a fine experience, the rooms were clean enough. But it did live up to its 2 star name with a few bugs in our room, and hair on the shower head. I always use Ibis budget, but there are some small differences. Compared to others like Clermont Ferrand this is a little more "budget". Good location for where we were travelling for our motorbike tour, Google maps doesn't take you to the entrance but round the back so check street view. This was a place that was away from the main area of Orleans and a car absolutely necessary. Free car parking available which is always a bonus in Europe. The room was a triple room but extremely cramped and not ideal when you are travelling with a lot of luggage. Good hotel, but not during a heatwave! The hotel was fine, service from staff was excellent, but our room was in the roof section of the third floor, and with the heatwave it was impossibly hot all night. Even with the skylights open and the two fans on. The room really needs air-conditioning.

Great find For the competitive price, the room and overall hotel exceeds all the attributes expected. The one low point is when getting in after the checkin desk, ventilation should be improved to prevent smell of food, which is a minor point. It is strategically located within 8 minutes from the train station and mall.

It is a small hotel along a major road and well located for visiting the city center. Double glazing is very efficient. The style is minimalist but it has everything you need. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. A good point for the welcome from the receptionist who did everything he could to help us. He even brought our bike bags up to the rooms. Alex on reception was amazing, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and we had booked parking which was across the narrow road the hotel was located on and was secure.

It describes itself as a boutique hotel, but in practice that seems to mean a weird colour scheme (dark blue and green are not a good colour combination) and clocks that are strictly for decoration. A disorganised chaos on arrival, tried to take payment for a pre-paid stay, and absent bar service. Poor menu for veggies.

All the people wear swimsuits and are barefoot at the reception, I felt almost like being at a beach. Flip flops and shorts at dinner are the usual attire. You are requested to keep the cutlery used for the starter for the main course. It is not acceptable to be decently dressed for dinner among barefoot companies.

4 star staff in a 3 star hotel The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaints i have is that this hotel dosent look or feel like a 4 star hotel. The staff and the service and attention they gave were 4 star but the hotel is maybe a 3 star.
