It was not made clear that it is impossible to drive to the hotel
It is only possible to get within a couple of hundred meters round a complicated one way system.
It is then necessary to walk to the hotel to get directions to the public car park to which they direct guests- a real hassle .
Not made sufficiently clear - there is a bus station at the front of the hotel so you cannot drive there. Hotel has tired furnished and was allocated a room on the 5th floor - lift only goes to 4th - it says it’s a 4 star hotel but I don’t agree.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy (bath and double bed =)). Great location, opposite the train station and the street behind the main shopping street. Easy accessible parking with lift and reduced price if you are coming from the hotel. Personal care (lady at the reception and very nice cleaning lady) breakfast = buffet (many options) I recommend it !

Our bed had bed bugs which is horrific. It's advertised as a 4 star but in reality is a 3, the lobby is dingy, dated and looks unclean. Our wardrobe was missing knobs so you could only open half the doors, the desk was peeling really badly, the Internet was patchy, one can of water was offered when there was teo of us, no mini bar and every time the cleaner knocked on the door she was really aggressive, it was more of a banging rather than a knock.

The location is perfect.
It's a classic hotel, so there aren't any modern amenities.
