For price/ value this place is unbeatable. Had a perfect stay at this property last week. Friendly staff at the reception, super well located, and the rooms are totally fine, even with balcony and view of the port.

Ground floor is very pleasant and breakfast was good.
Upstairs though it’s very tired. and en suite facilities are very poor. Shower and toilet cubicle are tiny and the toilet has no ventilation at all.

Staff are super nice! The room was so comfortable and beautiful view.
Only one thing it would be nice that if therei s a fridge in the room.

Was only here for one night during a hot summer. The air conditioning would turn off after an hour. We would have to turn it back on. During the night we basically slept without an air condition so it was really hot in the room.

In heart of St Maxime, 15min boat ride to St Tropez. Day receptionist a bit aloof but night shift lady was v helpful. A bit noisy at night, guests next door were in n out at 4am!

Stayed for two nights. Room was small but ok for me. Located just some steps away from the harbour, had to park the bike there, but it is free.
Very convienient just to go with bathsuit from the room to the beach.

Please change the chef @restaurant, awfull meat impossible to cut. Btw how could you make spaghetti terrible??

The property is well very well kept. The staff is very courteous. The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Saint Maxime town center surrounded by restaurantes and shops and right in front of the pier from where you can take the boat to St Tropez.
