The staff were extremely helpful, and the location offers excellent access to Marseille Saint-Charles Station. The food was great as well. I would highly recommend Toyoko Inn for anyone visiting Marseille.

Some members of the security staff were not very welcoming. Both the night and morning guards were quite intrusive, at times bordering on aggressive, which affected the overall experience.

Arriving from the Marseille bus station, we were not sure how to get to the hotel without climbing the steps. See photo. Later on, when I asked reception staff, he says we could go the opposite direction to the train station without using the steps. Avocado tartar 3/5 stars - the chef mix the soft and unriped hard avocado so I think that’s not so professional for this top famous hotel Fish soup- 4/5 stars. The restaurant is very nice and cute. The food was amazing — everything we tried was delicious. The Steve Molinari fish soup was one of the best dishes we’ve ever had. The room facilities were good, but the price was high during the summer. The location was pretty decent, within walking distance to various attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. It was also close to a bus stop.

This place was well located. The room was spacious . You couldn’t use the cooker as it didn’t heat up enough to boil an egg There were jobs that needed doing around the hotel , eg only 1 out of 3 lights worked in the kitchen. The blinds were very dirty and stained.

This hotel was nice and clean but they did not clean the rooms and we had to take out the trash ourselves at the end of our stay. It has good value but you do have to pay €20 a day for parking and the tourist fee which adds up. The customer service was good, they only have two coffee pods for our 6 day stay. If you don’t have a car this is a bit far from everything.

There's a parking lot right next door, making parking incredibly convenient. It's across from a large supermarket, so shopping is a breeze. There's also a McDonald's within walking distance. Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit. I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant. Right next to the train station, it's super convenient for transport. You can walk to the beach and the old town in about 20 minutes. The room was really small; we had to move the table just to open two 28-inch suitcases at the same time. There's a hairdryer. Downstairs, there's a supermarket where you can buy water and snacks.

Got a cute little room on the top floor. I like small room so everything is within 2 steps reach. I have a backpack only. If you have a big suitcase, get a bigger room. Nice walk between airport line tram station to the hotel. Shower closet is extra small. If you are large, check your room type if they come with a bigger shower.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on a bustling main street, yet surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy, with windows for ventilation and central air conditioning.
