The location is outstanding. Close to a nice beach at the boulebard and the old town of Menton. Parking under the hotel (against payment). Close to a railway station. Small, simple but comfortable rooms.

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Small rooms but excellent decor and very clean. Wonderful service with friendly English speaking staff. Great deals on breakfast!
Love this place. Friendly owners, great air conditioning, clean rooms. You can park on the street for days for free. Best petit dejeuner that I had in France. Great communucation via e-mail. A gem in Menton right across from the beach and sea. Easy stroll to old town, four walk via the coast to Monaco (you have to do it!)
Beautiful town. And Oliver is the best! He made excellent recommendations and was such a help. Cannot wait for the next trip to Menton.
I always stay here on my work trips to Sciences Po. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, close to great food. The owners are very nice and kind. I have always had a great experience here.
Weird smell in the room if you switch off the air conditioning, super loud traffic nearby, not comfortable mattress and quite rude owner.
We chose this hotel because of positive reviews and especially comments about good breakfast. At the end the breakfast was one of the poorest we’ve ever seen.
And when we tried to share our concerns, the owner was constantly interrupting as well as immediately suggested for us to go elsewhere (which we did and were very happy)...

Loved my week staying here... we were welcomed into the hotel by the owners with open arms we were very well looked after. The rooms are small but very well equipped, the hotel is modern and in a fantastic place for menton it's self or only 10k to Monaco!....
Stayed in room at back of hotel which was very quiet. Everything was spotless. Underground parking was a big plus. Proprietors were charming and nothing was too much trouble. Large choice of restaurants nearby. We have stayed there twice and would certainly stay there again.
