The hotel is located in front of the station, which is very convenient. We had a lot of luggage, but they assigned us a room with few steps, which was helpful. The reception staff were very helpful, even opening our wine bottles for us.

Does not have parking facilities at the hotel like it says in its advert could not park spent over an hour driving around looking for parking it was the only reason I booked it as I was driving a van subsequently cancelled my booking found another hotel with parking and now they won’t give me a refund due to there false advertising

Very appreciated stay at the hostel.
The location is great, allowing a smooth holiday in Rouen.
The minuses would be the sound-insulation (could hear our room-neighbours) as well as the size of some rooms

Best Western is a reliable chain hotel. Located next to Rouen Rail Station makes it a must to stay and it is central, walking distance to downtown. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

We just stayed at this hotel. We were happy with things until we found a cockroach in the bedroom. When I told the front desk about the cockroach the woman asked to see the photo we had made and then apparently sent that photo on to someone else. To make up for it we were comp’ed one (very bad and over priced ) breakfast. Rather disappointing service in the end. Domage…
