Charming and Quaint with beautiful seating and poolside area overlooking the seaside town of Etratat.

We got upgraded to a Junior Suite so it's very big with separate sitting area and a lanai with very good view. Parking was easy right behind the hotel.

Incredible property that is meticulously kept with beautiful French charm. The only critique I have is it was slightly difficult to get staff help or service. Otherwise marvellous.

Great hotel and great service, will be back.

Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant. Wonderful, central location near the water. Downside is crazy (very busy tourist attraction at the cliffs) parking and absence of elevator. Staff work hard to make you welcome.

Family Trip Great Hotel We had two rooms on two floors for our family if 5. It was perfect. The location can’t be beat- we were able to hike all morning and then stop in to shower before walking to the shops and dinner.

We booked a triple room, the room was a bit small, the bathroom was a bit small, there was no elevator, the room was on the top floor, and we climbed several floors with our luggage, which was a bit tiring. The breakfast was simple, and you could see the sea from the room.

Love that the room but especially shower were modern and updated while it’s in a historic building. Location is perfect.

Hotel did not have good service, but it is very well located. Apparently the best hotel in the region considering the value for money. We didn't eat there but there is a large restaurant right across the street.

Location is unbeatable, right in front of the beach between the two cliffs Aval & Amont. It’s worth it to book a room with the sea view: you can the enjoy the sunset from your private balcony!

I chose this hotel pretty quickly – as soon as I saw the view from the window, I knew I had to book it. Overall, my stay was great, though there was one small issue at the beginning. Beautiful views from my room with a balcony. Has old world charm and very comfortable. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Stayed during the week so nights were quiet. Would love to go back.

A charming hotel with an overwhelming sea-view. We had the room on the top floor, but I think the one below, with a little balcony, would be even more perfect. Historical hotel on the sea front. Expensive. Choose a room with sea view. If the sun is willing, you may enjoy the evening on the balcony. Room is well appointed, Lupin's novel in the room is a nice touch. Parking is a bit of the problem, ask reception for pointers. Good breakfast though the dining room is a tad gloomy.

My husband and I stayed there in March, and it was truly a step back in time. The building, with its charming half-timbered architecture, feels like a living piece of history. Every corner of the hotel exudes character and takes you on a journey to the past. The room was warm, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Old place with character. Big comfy bed, nice restaurant downstairs. 1 minute away from beach and cliffs.

Good location of the hotel, next to the beach of Etretat. Breakfast for 9 euros consists of: 1 croissant, 1 baguette, 4 jars of jam, 2 pieces of butter, 1 portion of Nutella, 1 glass of juice, yogurt and coffee/tea.

Accommodation was nice and unique - if you like this historical hotel environment. Sign-in and -out went smoothly. But the restaurant downstairs does not reach the same level. I understand we were in France but the menu was only in the local language. Staff ignoring our group and what we got to eat was - how can I say - if they call itself the restaurant under accepted level.
