A wonderful experience that we can't wait to repeat! Such romance, such a wonderful setting, and, most importantly, the attentive staff, who take the time to explain the dishes and take you on a journey. Excellent work! We'll be back and have recommended it!

A flawless and professional welcome! The location and views are breathtaking! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and warm, yet never overbearing, whether at the reception, bar, or bistro! Go there with your eyes closed! It deserves a fourth or even fifth star! The reality is even more beautiful than the photos on the website!

Charming and Quaint with beautiful seating and poolside area overlooking the seaside town of Etratat.

We got upgraded to a Junior Suite so it's very big with separate sitting area and a lanai with very good view. Parking was easy right behind the hotel.

Incredible property that is meticulously kept with beautiful French charm. The only critique I have is it was slightly difficult to get staff help or service. Otherwise marvellous.

Great hotel and great service, will be back.

great location, cosy and not crowded. a romantic spot.

Here's a unique hotel - housed in a old mansion from the 1900s. This means that each room in the original wing is a little different and 'eclectic'. There's also a new wing with newer rooms, a spa, a swimming pool (sorta heated), a bistro and a 1 Michelin star restaurant.

Pros:
- Unique style of hotel that's set away from the hustle/bustle of the Etritat town.
- Helpful staff
- Complimentary bakes and hot drinks from 4-6pm
- Michelin-star restaurant on site (but it was closed during our visit)
- Comfortable beds, good water pressure and a bathtub
- Professional grade Nespresso machine in-room with 4 pods (2x decaf) + nice tea bags
- Grounds are cute, with a resident cat, fireplace and pleasant garden-ish spaces.

Cons:
- Cleanliness - we discovered a swarm of ants crawling behind the curtain. We think it was some food that wasn't cleaned away from the previous guest that attracted the ants. This was gross.
- Room styling may not be to everyone's tastes - suggest you ask to view a room before you move your luggage in.
- Narrow stairs to rooms in main building, was abit hard to get luggage up to but they can get help if needed.
- Location could be a con for some as it's a good 10-12 min walk into the main down down a high.
- Parking spaces were limited.
- Breakfast is pricey at 25 euro - there's a great boulangerie in town Maison Piquenot that you can get good croissants, baguettes from.
- Overall abit pricey for the value you get.

The scenery, the rooms, the entire entourage is gorgeous. Very good place if you want to become #instafamous. Few things you'd expect them to do better for the money that you pay: finishing of the room (bathtub missed some parts and had no skirting boards, pedal bin didn't 'pedal'), service in the - 1*(!) - restaurant wasn't star worthy... So yes; very good hotel. But you'd expect the details to be perfect too.

Very nice location and the staff was friendly. Would recommend this boutique hotel to friends and family.
