Hotels in Upper Normandy

The location is very convenient. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean room. Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. No "do not disturb" cards. An actual key to the room. The staff is very nice. But it's an old building so no soundproofing. You hear everyone up and down the stairs and banging...

Negatives - A basic hotel with very basic amenities. The room was so basic and was very outdated we were on the top floor. The room wasn’t 100% clean and could have been better. Over priced for what we paid. I did know it was a 2 star hotel so didn’t expect too much. Positives Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, clean bedding and towels every day. I would stay here again

Not far from the station and the historical center. Cozy breakfast room.

New door locks please! The door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress. Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

Nice Very nice and helpful staff that speaks very good English. The bathroom was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is directly in the center and close to everything.

The title of my review says it all. A marvelous property in elegant, historic Sainte-Adresse, but only a short bus ride or 30 minute walk to MuMa. The room, in the original main building, was delightful in all respects, with thoughtful appointments throughout, a truly cozy bed with quality bedclothes. a fine bathroom with copious hot water, and a sea view. Do yourself a favor and opt for the breakfast

We will definitely pick this place again for another visit to Le Havre, The breakfast is awesome in rooms nicely decorated. One warning for people with mobility issues: may not be easy as there are steps and I think no elevator to upper floors.

Hotel des phares without phares. Pleasant little hotel, but dont expect too much. Very nice breakfast... i will go again.

We fell in love with this place if we decide to visit me havre again we will most definatrly visit there. The staff were lovely, the rooms were so beautifully decorated, the hotel was so sweet and the courtyard made it wonderfully to relax at. Thank you to all the hard working staff for making our stay great!

The hotel's main and undeniable advantage is its location, literally a stone's throw from Rouen Cathedral, yet still quite close to a bus stop (FlixBus and BlablacarBus). The hotel is small and has no elevator (an important consideration for some). The staff is incredibly friendly. The room includes a mini-fridge and ironing board (an iron can be borrowed on the floor, and a kettle is also available...

Close to the cathedral, it's very convenient to watch the light show. The room is a little small, but it's okay. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not good.

The landlord is very nice. The room is very close to the cathedral and you can hear the church bells. The only drawback is that there is no main light in the room, only two small table lamps, which is not enough lighting.
