The hotel is central, at walking distance of all major attractions of Rouen - the art museum and the “Secq des Tournelles” museum are opposite; the old market, the cathedrale, and Palace of Justicd and the horologe are also close. The rooms are large, clean and vomfortable, the wifi works well and the sraff is friendly, kind amd efficient. We parked in a public parking just close to the hotel as the reception arranged it for us. The breakfast was a surprise with so many options, everything gresh and delicious at a reasonable price. Wehighly appreciated this hotel

The location is very convenient. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean room.
Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. No "do not disturb" cards. An actual key to the room.
The staff is very nice. But it's an old building so no soundproofing. You hear everyone up and down the stairs and banging the doors. All the talking, walking, toilets flushing. People getting ready at 4 a.m. - you wake up with them because you hear everything.

Positive... clean and friendly staff good location quiet and peaceful even with open windows
Negative... we were on the 3rd floor there is no lift and there are many steep stairs .. ask in advance for a ground floor room if you need it.
There is no air con and in the summer it gets very hot
The room was very small and you had to side step between the wall and end of the bed
No hairdryer, so bring your own
These are minor points, and I would stay again

Negatives - A basic hotel with very basic amenities. The room was so basic and was very outdated we were on the top floor. The room wasn’t 100% clean and could have been better. Over priced for what we paid. I did know it was a 2 star hotel so didn’t expect too much. Positives Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, clean bedding and towels every day. I would stay here again
