Great staff!

The location is very convenient. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean room.
Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. No "do not disturb" cards. An actual key to the room.
The staff is very nice. But it's an old building so no soundproofing. You hear everyone up and down the stairs and banging the doors. All the talking, walking, toilets flushing. People getting ready at 4 a.m. - you wake up with them because you hear everything.

Negatives - A basic hotel with very basic amenities. The room was so basic and was very outdated we were on the top floor. The room wasn’t 100% clean and could have been better. Over priced for what we paid. I did know it was a 2 star hotel so didn’t expect too much. Positives Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, clean bedding and towels every day. I would stay here again

New door locks please!
The door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress.
Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

Nice
Very nice and helpful staff that speaks very good English. The bathroom was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is directly in the center and close to everything.
