Right on the Sienne. Typical French service standards. Dated hotel and a little run down decor wise, however rooms were very clean and suitable for a 1 night stay.

Rouen Cathedral is right next to it, very magnificent. It is convenient to every attraction, you can go to the morning market, the town hall, the Jeanne d'Arc Tower and the Memorial Hall, and the ancient clock.

Good overnight stop a little bit out of town but easy to get on the road to head back to ferry - bar was limited and ran out of many drinks sadly

Excellent location, within a few minutes of the city center. Breakfast is combined with Ibis Budget and Ibis Styles, therefore too busy to provide yourself with a good breakfast. So you often get it wrong. Room was well equipped with all amenities and on the road side you don't hear any traffic. This makes it a comfortable location.

Despite the name, the structure is not exactly in the center. Above all, parking is subject to charges even for hotel users! A very comfortable, conveniently located hotel. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. The black and red decor in the lobby is a bit strident and navigating the hallways and the elevators is a bit tricky. I think that they should try to make the public areas more welcoming. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very convenient for the old town and is just minutes alj from the Gros Horloge. We had a room overlooking the courtyard which was very quiet and beautifully furnished. Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety, everything was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the parking. One could pay 11 euros a night for underground parking or find a spot on the street for free. Street parking was a bit of a challenge however we did find a spot.

Perfect. Except the parking lot was full.

The loo would not stop filling, we had to use the manual over ride. The hot water took ages to reach the room. Because of this other guests had clearly got frustrated with the shower control, and had turned it so often it did not work. Result is a very hot shower. Booked this hotel because of the convenience. It’s right in the middle of everything in a very walkable city. The hotel is right next to the train station. It houses a historique elevator dating from 1912. The room we stayed in was a suite and it was perfect. It even had a bathtub with lights and jets. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. The facilities are excellent, the location is great, and it's very convenient to get to by train. The hotel's front desk service is also exceptionally warm and welcoming, and the restaurant's dishes are very unique.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is excellent, the environment is nice, and the rooms are quite large for a European hotel. The breakfast is Western-style, and there are mostly Europeans and Americans staying here. It would be even better if there were a swimming pool.

Very central and budget friendly hotel but my room was not clean and there was no air conditioning only ventilator. There was a heavy smell in the room due to being closed for a long time. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

The elevator was broken. It was hard to carry the luggage upstairs. The breakfast was simple, with bread, meat, eggs, milk, freshly squeezed orange juice, and fruit. It was basically European style, with hot tea and coffee.

The air conditioning did not work properly. I believe it was the smallest room I have ever had, our suitcases had to be placed on the floor and we had to move the chair to allow the to fit on the floor, because they would not fit on the luggage rack. The place was not what it seemed in pictures.

The staff were excellent. If you happen to be lucky, you might encounter someone who speaks Chinese. Some also speak English. The rooms were very clean. They will help you contact a taxi company if you need one, and they will also help you find a Chinese-speaking driver if you require one.

Walking to vibrant night life and attractions. Hard to find parking and entrance to building. Had to call and they explained how to access private parking. All was well after that.

Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner and fresher. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

The hotel is in an ideal location right next to the cathedral. However, the rooms smell like mildew. I think the bathroom drains need to be cleaned. The sheets also smelled like mildew so perhaps the washing machine needs to be cleaned.
