You had the most comfortable bed of all the hotels we stayed at. Also, you were friendly, and the building was gorgeous and in an excellent location.

The staff are friendly & capable, the breakfast is superb, the building has special character, and the location is 11/10.

Lovely hotel which is very convenient just off the main square. However was difficult to find parking and room was somewhat dated.

The hotel facilities are bright and simple, the front desk staff is warm and friendly, and assisted with some work that is not part of the reception. I am very grateful to her. At the same time, the check-in and check-out process is also very fast.

Clean room and helpful staffs.

The hotel is a few steps away from the train station and the old town. The Jeanne d'Arc Tower, the Rouen Museum of Fine Arts, and the Cathedral Museum are all within easy reach. The hotel's affiliated bar may sometimes knock on the door of the room in the afternoon to offer drinks, cheese, marshmallows, etc. I encountered this once during my 2-night stay. The rooms are spacious, with dry and wet separations...

The standard room I booked has either a shower or a bathtub. If you want a bathtub, please make a note when booking. The service is excellent. The point is that when we came back from Etretat, the train was delayed. The time we originally planned to pick up our luggage at the hotel became 10 minutes, and SNCF refused to reschedule. In the end, we could only try our luck to see if the hotel front desk...

Good location near train station in Rouen. Love the hotel which is just next to the Rouen Tower, historical site. Love the sweets and candies and the fruits infused wster which is complimentary. Not forgetting the apples too. Front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is very close to the train station, which allows you to leave your things and walk for an extra day, delicious breakfast and a good view from the window

The room was clean and tidy. Free soft drinks are available. Located on the banks of the Seine in Rouen, it is very convenient for walking. 50 meters from the bus stop, very convenient to the old town. Breakfast is simple with few varieties.

The location is by the river with pleasant scenery. The room was large and comfortable. There are simple kitchen utensils. The breakfast was also very rich. It is about 2 kilometers away from the old town, which is slightly inconvenient.

Everything was good. It’s not exactly in the downtown, but 20 minutes walk.

Clean and ok parking a nightmare

Location is not in the nicest part of town but short walk to main area. However was good for us as they had parking and was close to highways. Room is small but efficient. Would be good if there was a kettle for morning drinks. Clean and bed was comfortable. They were able to accommodate a slight change from 2 twin beds to a queen. Room was quiet.

The property needs attention to some in room details. Our room had a completely non-functional air conditioning unit and it took me a lot to convince the reception to come up and understand the issue before entertaining their suggestions of keeping windows open! For the price- it’s good. We opted to have the breakfast- I don’t suggest you to have it though. It was overpriced and the food was quite bad honestly. I would rather suggest having breakfast at a boulangerie in the city/ anywhere else because it definitely wasn’t worth the price. Looks quite shabby from the outside, but the rooms are nice and clean, gated parking lot and just about three minute drive to the city center. Good sleep over destination if you're visiting the city by car.

Excellent location, a few minutes drive to Rouen old town, you can also walk. Lidl, restaurants and other shops a stone throw from the hotel. The hotel was clean, good size bedrooms, plenty of parking space and a good breakfast. Highly recommended

Wonderful small hotel, right in the heart of the city.

A very warm welcome at that cosy hotel located at the heart of the medieval city of Rouen, only a few yards away from where Joan of Arc was burnt alive... Comfort and silence in that traditional Inn where the staff will do anything to please patrons' requests and meet their every needs. Highly recommended.

The location itself is really good, They guided me to the wrong room on site, and because of that, the hotel view in Luang was a mess. I am currently requesting a refund for the difference in price through Trip.com due to the downgraded room, and I will also strongly demand compensation.

Beautiful hotel, great breakfast, quiet at night, located right in front of the Cathedral and next to all points of interest and restaurants, very convenient! The only issue that we had was with the internet which at the moment of our stay the property had problems with the signal, further than that our stay was a great one!!!

The hotel was in a wonderful location overlooking a cathedral square. Also the room was modern and very clean and comfortable. We had an amazing stay at Hotel Cardinal and I highly recommend this hotel.

It was close by the road and easy accessible for people with a car. The main attraction was the cathedral that was 5 minutes away

well-placed and very nice owners to this hotel without fuss. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. On the other hand, very bad soundproofing, the single glazing lets in outside noise and inside it is not better. the place is quiet so the noise is limited fortunately. A convenient hotel for a stopover.
