Clean room and friendly staff. The building is a bit run down but the location and price was what I was looking for.

The hotel has 4 floors and no elevator. It is in a good spot but next to park with homeless. It was very clean. It was truly a 2.5 star but clean...as a single adult looking for cheap and 1 night it was great. Families should stay away.

Nice budget hotel. Clean and comfortable

A good, basic place to stay that met all our requirements for one night. Location is great, felt very safe and staff was really pleasant and helpful. Nothing fancy, but it worked well for my husband and me. Also, for 10 euros the breakfast definitely worth it.

Hotel a little tired, we were on fourth floor which was a little taxing taking the suitcase up all the flights of stairs as no lift. Breakfast however was good with good selection

The hotel's main and undeniable advantage is its location, literally a stone's throw from Rouen Cathedral, yet still quite close to a bus stop (FlixBus and BlablacarBus). Close to the cathedral, it's very convenient to watch the light show. The room is a little small, but it's okay. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not good.

The landlord is very nice. The room is very close to the cathedral and you can hear the church bells. The only drawback is that there is no main light in the room, only two small table lamps, which is not enough lighting.

The toilet was dirty. We had to ask someone to clean the splatter behind the seat, which was visible when the lid was closed. They cleaned it promptly after we mentioned it, but some splatter remained. The toilet seat also slid around, making it uncomfortable to sit on.

We loved the character of this lovely hotel. It was very homely. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning, which was delightful. The staff are friendly & helpful.

Very romantic court yard where we had a nice lunch. Then we visited the famous Rouen Cathedral and a very good Art museum nearby. Great dinner at a restaurant Pascaline. After it we saw a free light show at 10 pm in front of the Cathedral. Highly recommended by us.

Room was not fancy, but bed was surprisingly comfortable. If driving there, ask for parking info ahead of time--driving in central Rouen is very complicated! lots of one-way streets, and easy to find yourself suddenly in a tunnel (which wasn't too bad, but could have been avoided).

The location is very convenient. Very close to restaurants and tourist attractions but on a quiet street. Only a few minutes walk from the train station. Clean room. Don't expect a North American hotel. Small room. No fridge. No "do not disturb" cards. An actual key to the room. The staff is very nice. But it's an old building so no soundproofing. It was a one-night stay, practically just for an overnight stop. I managed to park right in front of the hotel, at the main entrance, due to the time I arrived. We asked the receptionist and were informed that there was no problem leaving the car there until 7 AM. Since we were leaving exactly at 7 AM, it worked out fine. Lovely hotel, happy customer Friendly and welcoming staff on reception. Room, albeit a bit small, was clean. Bathroom was very clean, great shower. Good hairdryer. Bed was comfortable and pillows too. Breakfast, good choices. Underground carpark, safe and secure for 10€ per night. Would stay here again if in the area. 👍😃

Staff is very polite and kind. Room was kinda clean, but I found hairs on the sink. Location is nearby the scary area, but not too far from the main attractions. Okay for couple nights

The administrator was very nice. He immediately changed our room as soon as he found out that the main lighting in our room wasn't working. Instead of a room with an unappealing view, he gave us one overlooking a beautiful church. We were pleased. The hot water was indeed hot. However, there was no hairdryer, and water dripped from the pipe under the sink, so we had to place a trash can underneath...

If you go to Rouen, PLEASE book this hotel. 20 minutes walk to all the major attractions. 30 minutes walk to the paranomic view of the city, and there is a supermarket, afghan market, alot of bars & restaurants near this hotel. 100% recommended, thank you! Stayed 1 night with family. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had a decent spread. You need to pay additional for underground parking if you choose to use it. The parking is secure and good. I would surely recommend the hotel!

In the last 10 years this hotel has been renewed completely, the rooms and the common parts. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast has the right quality, really appreciate the locals products.

A modern building with the usual small elevator but that just a very minor inconvenience. The location is less than 20 minutes walking from the Cathedral and half of that time is along the old City Centre, so enjoy the free breakfast and be ready to explore Rouen !!!

Great hotel with chargeable underground parking. You can take a tram into town from a stop nearby. I had a room with no breakfast included and even though I didn't take breakfast they charged me for it. I didn't notice until a couple of days later and they refunded me for it. I'm noticing that a lot of Novotel hotels are doing this so beware if you have no breakfast that they haven't sneakily put on...

Clean and centrally located hotel, but no free parking. You have to pay over €8 for the hotel's parking space (a shame).

The room is quite clean, not far from the center about 15 minutes maximum. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a tram stop and a shopping center. The only thing missing was a kettle, which was not in the room.

Motorcycle parking was offered at the car rate, parking spaces unfit for cars should be utilised and offered at a reduced rate as other hotel groups offer. We didn't pay and parked outside the hotel.

The express hotel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean and tidy. Free parking was available. The stadium behind the hotel had athletes training very early in the morning, but the sound insulation was very good and no noise could be heard. I will choose it again next time.
