Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety, everything was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the parking. One could pay 11 euros a night for underground parking or find a spot on the street for free. Street parking was a bit of a challenge however we did find a spot.

Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining.

Due to allergies, the carpet in the room gave us a hard time during our night. But the manager is exceptional and super kind. She has passion for her job.

Internet non-existant at times and annoying having to log on all the time. Woman said there were too many people staying for the internet to work well!

Staff very helpful and friendly. One star lost to very average but pricey evening meal !

Stayed at this hotel several times , disappointed this time at about 2am could hear what seamed a boiler or some kind of pump. As if we were next too or above the boiler room. Complained on departure and apologised and said would let maintenance know

Very clean room, good range of breakfast options and such a stylish hotel! The staff were very welcoming and smiley! Within walking distance to the center.

The hotel was nice - super nice check in and the guy behind the counter was very helpful with advice and recommendations. The breakfast was nice too. Only minus was the parking under the hotel. As guests at the hotel the parking should be discounted or without charge when staying at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the dining room. Excellent breakfast buffet with quality produce. Good value for money and there is a nice lounge room for relaxing in.

Clean and ok parking a nightmare

Walking to vibrant night life and attractions. Hard to find parking and entrance to building. Had to call and they explained how to access private parking. All was well after that.

Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner and fresher. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Noisy, uncomfortable bed, stained carpet. Otherwise not too bad.

Easy to check in. Balcony had no chairs and sone fixtures needed maintenance. Generally a good stay worth the cost.

Excellent service but room needs fixing Badly stained carpet, bathroom door handle loose. Apart from that, good. It looks over the Seine but also a boulevard, so lots of cars (noisy). Excellent service. If you don't book your parking ahead, there is one just around the corner, just go to the hotel first to get a hotel pass ($20/night)

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. Great balcony corner views from our Room #10. The Christmas market had started the day we arrived and it snowed that night (in late November). Complete with the imposing sight of the Notre Dame Cathedral, it was a near perfect stay in Rouen.

The hotel’s location could not have been better - directly across the plaza from the Cathedral.

Staff is very polite and kind. Room was kinda clean, but I found hairs on the sink. Location is nearby the scary area, but not too far from the main attractions. Okay for couple nights

The administrator was very nice. He immediately changed our room as soon as he found out that the main lighting in our room wasn't working. Instead of a room with an unappealing view, he gave us one overlooking a beautiful church. We were pleased. The hot water was indeed hot. However, there was no hairdryer, and water dripped from the pipe under the sink, so we had to place a trash can underneath...

If you go to Rouen, PLEASE book this hotel. 20 minutes walk to all the major attractions. 30 minutes walk to the paranomic view of the city, and there is a supermarket, afghan market, alot of bars & restaurants near this hotel. 100% recommended, thank you! It was a one-night stay, practically just for an overnight stop. I managed to park right in front of the hotel, at the main entrance, due to the time I arrived. We asked the receptionist and were informed that there was no problem leaving the car there until 7 AM. Since we were leaving exactly at 7 AM, it worked out fine. Clean and centrally located hotel, but no free parking. You have to pay over €8 for the hotel's parking space (a shame).

The room is quite clean, not far from the center about 15 minutes maximum. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a tram stop and a shopping center. The only thing missing was a kettle, which was not in the room.

Motorcycle parking was offered at the car rate, parking spaces unfit for cars should be utilised and offered at a reduced rate as other hotel groups offer. We didn't pay and parked outside the hotel.

The express hotel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean and tidy. Free parking was available. The stadium behind the hotel had athletes training very early in the morning, but the sound insulation was very good and no noise could be heard. I will choose it again next time.

Ibis is not as good as it used to be Ac was broken and they played dumb that they couldn’t do anything about it. It was a very hot night in the middle of summer.
