3 star hotels in Rouen

Well organised comfortable and friendly! They always are clean and efficient and we always choose to stay here !

Nice clean hôtel with bar and restaurant. With ample Parking. Even had space for my coach.

Lovely Ibis Budget adjoined to Ibis Styles. Shared communal areas. Family room felt luxurious with a separate bed for third person (rather than the top bunk over the double bed). Shower and toilet in same room. Loads of hairs in room so cleanliness wasn't to expected standard! Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Parking on lower deck wasn't fun, scraped car due to design [see pics for angles]. We...

Great stay as a stop off on journey south. Well located from main roads. Very accommodating for the disabled members of our group - easy wheelchair access, disabled parking, really conscientious staff. Breakfast is good but quite busy, but we got a space ok.

The room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and an excellent shower. The reception area has a modern and clean design, which gives a great first impression upon arrival. Everything worked well during our stay. This was the second time we stayed there. Bonus: the breakfast baguette was always fresh and delicious!

Loved this hotel, clean rooms, easy to get into the city centre, by bus or taxi. Lots of amenities and outside areas to sit. Parking is only €6 euro per night. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast, would stay again if ever visiting Rouen.

Staff very helpful and friendly. One star lost to very average but pricey evening meal !

Stayed at this hotel several times , disappointed this time at about 2am could hear what seamed a boiler or some kind of pump. As if we were next too or above the boiler room. Complained on departure and apologised and said would let maintenance know

Very clean room, good range of breakfast options and such a stylish hotel! The staff were very welcoming and smiley! Within walking distance to the center.

The hotel was nice - super nice check in and the guy behind the counter was very helpful with advice and recommendations. The breakfast was nice too. Only minus was the parking under the hotel. As guests at the hotel the parking should be discounted or without charge when staying at the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful both at the front desk and the dining room. Excellent breakfast buffet with quality produce. Good value for money and there is a nice lounge room for relaxing in.

Clean and ok parking a nightmare

this international brand hotel always have standard in service . clean & cosy place love to be back

this international brand hotel always have standard in service . clean & cosy place love to be back

Excellent breakfast! Lots of variety, everything was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Only thing was the parking. One could pay 11 euros a night for underground parking or find a spot on the street for free. Street parking was a bit of a challenge however we did find a spot.

Area was quiet with the metro nearby to take you to the heart of the city. Property was nice, clean and breakfast was good. Affordable underground secure parking. Great stay but there is little in the neighborhood to walk to for dining.

Due to allergies, the carpet in the room gave us a hard time during our night. But the manager is exceptional and super kind. She has passion for her job.

Internet non-existant at times and annoying having to log on all the time. Woman said there were too many people staying for the internet to work well!

The staff were very attentive to me while I waited for the electronic key issue to be resolved.

ROUEN ❤️ Nice hotel and the price is amazing ,its about a 10 min stroll into the town centre ,and Cathedral! A really easy walk ,second time we stayed and would stay again !

A great cheap hotel, clean and convenient. But no parking when we enquired

Probably the most uncomfortable toilet seat ever! I felt like it was cutting me!

Basic but clean hotel Basic 2 star hotel, but well placed to walk into Rouen and easy access to main roads. Staff friendly and helpful

Nice hotel the lady at reception was friendly , the breakfast was also delicious and worth the price , the shower was a little small but overall enjoyed my stay

Nice Ibis hotel, very well located . Walking distance for all the city's main sites. A great buffet breakfast, as per Ibis standards, with a local Normandy products additional food. Staff very helpful and friendly. Audrey was always helpful and ready to assist and recommend where to go and see, as the rest of the staff. Thank you for making our stay wonderful 👍👍

A basic but very clean adm friendly hotel. Functional not charming. Breakfast can be awkward at busy times but freshly squeezed orange juice always perks you up in the morning !

Very central and budget friendly hotel but my room was not clean and there was no air conditioning only ventilator. There was a heavy smell in the room due to being closed for a long time. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Great breakfast, but the room was a bit tired and the bed smelt

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They speak very good English.

We had a friendly welcome as we checked into the 1950s hotel. Our room was compact but was styled well. It had a spacious balcony with views to the Seine and the Archive Tower which was celebrating its fiftieth birthday. The shower pressure was good, the WiFi worked well , bed was comfy and there was a kettle in the room. We could have done with some shelved storage for clothes and a bedside table...

This is a conveniently located hotel to explore the historic centre of Rouen. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is your typical hotel fare. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. The only concern is that there are no lifts which means that you have to be able to cope with climbing stairs. I would stay there again.

I didn't get the bed setting I requested but nice hotel.

Nice & Clean hotel. Lola was fantastic with excellent service. One setback is the hotel no lift. U need a lot of muscle to get yr luggage yr room.

Good hotel, delicious breakfast, walking distance to the city center. I recommend it to everyone for visiting

Excellent service from the staff, clean, spacious and modern room (3). 5 min from all the main sites. Parking 5 min walk away (Saint Marc Place).

The staff very polite, easy check up. The room was very nice.

Clean, comfortable room; great breakfast: friendly staff; location excellent.

The Hotel is cute hotel and conveniently located in the heart of Rouen. The staff was very friendly. The room nice and cozy. Located close to restaurants/shops/bars/Christmas markets/train station. Will Definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. Beautfully furnished, lobby and bedroom. Good sized room, lovely bedding and a view. Very quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great little boutique style hotel within easy walking distance of everything Rouen has to offer. Hotel was very nice and well-presented and maintained. Rooms were very good if a little on the small side (normal for France). Bed was very comfortable and quiet, even though we were adjacent to the street. Continental breakfast on offer had a broad selection of foods. On the downside our room was generally...

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard,...

There were zero amenities. It was noisy outside. A very basic hotel. Location was good

Our car broke down on the way back to England and the breakdown insurance booked this hotel for us for 5 nights. Really nice room and immaculately clean with a huge comfortable bed. Bathroom was spotless with an excellent shower, shower gel and clean towels. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location right in the centre near to all the interesting historic parts of Rouen...

Area outside hotel was a bit dirty.

Charming hotel in the heart of Rouen. Minutes away by walking from the cathedral, the river Seine, shops and restaurants. My room spacious, clean, and included a balcony with amazing views of the Seine river and the cathedral. Breakfast was delicious and highly recommended so you can maximize the crowd free early morning exploration. Staff was very empathetic to my tardiness in checking in due to...

Fantastic centrally located hotel in the heart of Rouen. Note that (as advertised) there is no air conditioning in the room: a fan was provided which was all right during a cooler spell, but the room might get very hot during high summer. But an excellent place

Nice hotel a few minutes away from the cathedral. The room was good, with a comfy bed. There is no lift so not practical for heavy suitcase.

The place was not what it seemed in pictures.

Walking to vibrant night life and attractions. Hard to find parking and entrance to building. Had to call and they explained how to access private parking. All was well after that.

Property was nice and quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. However, the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty and the water drain would clog, leading to water getting out of the shower and into the rest of the bathroom. Toilet could have been cleaner and fresher. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

Noisy, uncomfortable bed, stained carpet. Otherwise not too bad.

Easy to check in. Balcony had no chairs and sone fixtures needed maintenance. Generally a good stay worth the cost.

Excellent service but room needs fixing Badly stained carpet, bathroom door handle loose. Apart from that, good. It looks over the Seine but also a boulevard, so lots of cars (noisy). Excellent service. If you don't book your parking ahead, there is one just around the corner, just go to the hotel first to get a hotel pass ($20/night)

Very good location, rooms not big enough,

Location was great. Great amenities.

Great location, lovely friendly staff, just what the doctor ordered!!

Excellent location Good hotel in a great location. Reasonably priced, close to some great bars and multistory carpark. We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for a quick stop over.

Good budget spot in Rouen Decent budget hotel in central Rouen. Extremely well located in easy walking distance to all major sights. Small elevator. Small lobby with breakfast room just next to it. Staff were friendly but had varying levels of knowledge and seemed to change every time we turned around. No on-site parking but plenty of street parking and nearby lots. Our room was pretty small and the...

Great hotel in a lovely city We booked the largest room 501. Complete with wrapping balcony and a terrace, this room was chic, fun and with good views. Hotel location was fantastic, just a block off the midway point of Rick Steve’s asking tour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rouen is definitely worth a couple days. See the Beaux Arts museum.

This hotel is perfectly adequate and the room was big enough for the 4 of us. We were only here one night and had no issues

Great balcony corner views from our Room #10. The Christmas market had started the day we arrived and it snowed that night (in late November). Complete with the imposing sight of the Notre Dame Cathedral, it was a near perfect stay in Rouen.

The hotel’s location could not have been better - directly across the plaza from the Cathedral.

Great hotel, perfect location.

This hotel offered a welcoming atmosphere. The owner who was on the property was very attentive and helpful. It is situated near everything! Loved it! Definitely going back!

Clean and comfortable with friendly host. The breakfast was worth the extra. View from hotel is beautiful

I highly recommend this hotel. Very quiet, very clean, lovely room with modern finishes and balcony facing the cathedral. Check in and check out experience was easy. Bed super comfortable.

Excellent Hotel! Great room and cleaning. Also, amazing location, in the center of the city, close to the touristic places etc

The hotel was well kept and in the perfect location. Definitely recommend.

A pleasant experience Once checked in and parking of car managed, which was somewhat difficult, the location of the hotel was perfect just to the ancient city center. The personnel were very friendly and service minded. The rooms were simple but clean. Not to be recommended for disabled guests.

Hotel Dandy was amazing in beautiful Rouen! The location was amazing since it was less than five minutes from the center of the old square. The restaurants were everywhere and the food was excellent. I had a great recommendation from the hotel less than 10 steps away. The room was absolutely gorgeous and amazing with a large bathroom with a shower door and nice shower. It was very clean, comfy and...

Room was immaculately clean and beautifully updated in a classical style, jaw dropping so! Whomever chose the finishes, right down to the sea-creature chrome cup holder, really has an eye. The clawfoot tub was so classy and so relaxing! Great choice. This is probably the nicest place we’ve stayed 3 weeks in France, and so reasonably priced at that. The bedding was luxury, we slept very well in separate...

Stayed one night at the Dandy with friends on the way to the Loire Valley. To be honest I was a little dubious because the hotel was so reasonably priced - but I was pleasantly surprised !. We had lovely rooms at the back of the hotel, rooms were well furnished and well equipped, comfy beds, plus tea and coffee making facilities, also the free WiFi worked well. The guy on reception was very friendly...

As always, a superb hotel! I always recommend this place, nothing to complain about.

Kind staff but terrible room : smell cigarettes and of mustiness

Superb hotel, warm welcome, and comfortable.

Staff is very polite and kind. Room was kinda clean, but I found hairs on the sink. Location is nearby the scary area, but not too far from the main attractions. Okay for couple nights

The administrator was very nice. He immediately changed our room as soon as he found out that the main lighting in our room wasn't working. Instead of a room with an unappealing view, he gave us one overlooking a beautiful church. We were pleased. The hot water was indeed hot. However, there was no hairdryer, and water dripped from the pipe under the sink, so we had to place a trash can underneath...

If you go to Rouen, PLEASE book this hotel. 20 minutes walk to all the major attractions. 30 minutes walk to the paranomic view of the city, and there is a supermarket, afghan market, alot of bars & restaurants near this hotel. 100% recommended, thank you! Update: The receptionist let us grab a coffee for free after the checkout I have attached the view from the hotel room

Hotel in a good spot close to Rouen centre and the promenade by the river Parking directly outside the front of the hotel, very easy Staff were lovely - reception staff run the bar too Breakfast was plentiful - usual BB with scrambled eggs and sausages Will stay again.

Good basic B&B with air-conditioning, good WiFi, and tasty breakfast included. Has a bar that also serves pizza in the evening. Other restaurants and a Carrefour nearby. Only concern was a lack of tea and coffee but found out later this was an extra cost option. Very pleased and will definitely consider chain for future French visits.

The epitomy of fine. People were friendly, the room was clean enough but very un-cozy. The floors are rubber-like which I found very icky. Bed is soft. Shower is strong. Walls are thin. Breakfast looked sad so i went elsewhere. Can recommend for the price.

I've stayed at quite few B&B hotels. They are clean and the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are clean with very good showers and plenty of hot water. There is good safe parking close to the rooms.

Very well situated, nice stroll from bus stops, train stations. Only stayed one night but the room could have been cleaned a bit better, dust, crumbs etc in the wardrobe, under bed, under the table area.

Nice, convenient stay Parking was available, good location

The price is good. Location is not far away from the downtown.

Clean and centrally located hotel, but no free parking. You have to pay over €8 for the hotel's parking space (a shame).

The room is quite clean, not far from the center about 15 minutes maximum. The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to a tram stop and a shopping center. The only thing missing was a kettle, which was not in the room.

Location directly behind the central shopping center, rooms spacious and clean, breakfast modest but fresh and delicious. Would definitely go back!

Motorcycle parking was offered at the car rate, parking spaces unfit for cars should be utilised and offered at a reduced rate as other hotel groups offer. We didn't pay and parked outside the hotel.

Area not great. The area around the hotel wasn't great. Also, the area from the door to the car park smelt foul.

Great property! Very comfortable and clean. we enjoyed our stay here. Just need a car to get around as it is a fair distance to the city centre.

The express hotel exceeded expectations. The room was very clean and tidy. Free parking was available. The stadium behind the hotel had athletes training very early in the morning, but the sound insulation was very good and no noise could be heard. I will choose it again next time.

The hotel is relly good, clean and the staff is really nice. Breakfast could be better, i like scrambled eggs and they had only boiled, but i enjoyed a lot the stay in general, mostly for the staff ! The room is big and confortable, also nice, and the parking is also good, even though we have to pay is really safe and the price is ok. As for the location, it´s a little bit far from the historical...

Ibis is not as good as it used to be Ac was broken and they played dumb that they couldn’t do anything about it. It was a very hot night in the middle of summer. Staff was misinformed about gluten free options and my partner could have been very sick if they followed the staff information. They said breakfast would have gluten free options so we paid for it but there was none. For a IBIS hotel we...
