They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! This place is right on the beach, working AC, WiFi, lovely friendly staff that speak English, Russian and Georgian. Good beds and rooms etc, cheap prices and a friendly dog with sky blue eyes - never seen one like it before! So, I recommend it!

I liked everything very much, the sea is 1 minute away, the hosts are pleasant, there is a refrigerator and a kitchen. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of soundproofing in the room and the smell in the shower.

New rooms, comfortable mattresses, nice bedding, everything is bright and clean. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Homemade sour cream and cakes. The beach is a one minute walk away.

Great place to have hollydays on a sea, nice view from the house, esperially from the top floor. 150 m from the seashore, sandy beach. The host is very friendy, she ia a nice women and can give you useful tips for shoping the products and sightseeings. You can use a nice kitchen yourself, so you can cook there. Rrom this place very close is located Kolkheti national park.
