Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! Pros: nice, helpful staff, the owner came out to meet us at 5 am (we stood at the border for 10 hours); a good large kitchen with a large dining area and a barbecue (the kitchen has everything you need); the rooms have refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, a private toilet with a "shower"; excellent parking on the territory behind the fence, you don’t have to worry about your car, the hotel is located...

Cons: there is practically no shower, the shower head is located above the toilet; rough bed linen that makes your skin itch (they promised to change it next year); good Wi-Fi reception is only on the first floor (there are only 4 floors)

Overall, I was satisfied, a normal hotel for a normal price

There are ways to avoid parts by trying to get on the road closer to the sea, but those are intermittent. For some reason, the partial roads are much better than the direct road

But this part of the Black Sea is sand, so just throw a towel down! The guest house is quite adequate and has a kitchen with two fridges that you can use at your convenience

Two nights in Ureki We spent two nights at the hotel. We had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The room was cozy and had a balcony overlooking the street. Antonina on reception was very friendly

The hotel is new, and I'm very pleased with its cleanliness and orderliness! It's located on the second line, and the sea is very easy to reach (just a straight line)

The service was excellent; the Russian-speaking staff is always happy to help and answer any questions you may have. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the showers are mold-free

Nice hotel for good price. There is also shared kitchen with stove so you can cook for yourself. Stuff doesn't speak English but is very kind. You can pay by card here.

Quite unusual beach with black magnetic sand, supposedly having healing properties but infrastructure rather substandard. Still definitely worth to see.

This is very quiet settlement with private holiday homes. Water is very clean, beach has magnetic sand, which is useful for health problems such as cardiovascular or neurotic disorders

Sea level is low, water does not even reach the neck within a distance of 30-40 meters which is especially convenient for families with children

Nice rooms, newly renovated. The staff is very pleasant. The food in the restaurant is delicious, and there's even coffee from the coffee machine. There's a pool too. 😍 We stayed in mid-June and will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights at the end of the season. The hosts were very welcoming. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting 😀 Don't expect much from the breakfast, but you won't go hungry
