They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! Exclusive section of the beach means that it's not too crowded. One big disadvantage is poor internet connectivity, which seems to be a problem in this whole area. Otherwise it would be perfect

The room was very poor. No chair on balcony, the water in bathroon when taking shower was everywere. The food assortimwnt very poor, food too spicy, kids count eat eat. The jakuzi not working. Kids pool damaged.

Pros: nice, helpful staff, the owner came out to meet us at 5 am (we stood at the border for 10 hours); a good large kitchen with a large dining area and a barbecue (the kitchen has everything you need); the rooms have refrigerators, TVs, air conditioners, a private toilet with a "shower"; excellent parking on the territory behind the fence, you don’t have to worry about your car, the hotel is located...

Cons: there is practically no shower, the shower head is located above the toilet; rough bed linen that makes your skin itch (they promised to change it next year); good Wi-Fi reception is only on the first floor (there are only 4 floors)

Overall, I was satisfied, a normal hotel for a normal price

The placement of the hotel is perfect, just near the sea. The swimming pool is only suitable for the smallest kids

There is no actually pool in the hotel - it's a kind of dirty shallow puddle. Some of staff members are really friendly and helpful (Nika, Beka, Roman), but some are indifferent and insolent like Elena, the manager

I would like to write a review about the restaurant. All products fresh, therefore delicious! Most of all we liked ajaruli khachapuri, salads, barbecue meat, desserts, GEORGIAN Bier and wine🤩

Special offer was desserts like Tiramisu also milkshakes and smoothies. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, especially for families with kids as there is a special children’s menu

Two nights in Ureki We spent two nights at the hotel. We had a room with a double bed and a bunk bed for children. The room was cozy and had a balcony overlooking the street. Antonina on reception was very friendly

The hotel is new, and I'm very pleased with its cleanliness and orderliness! It's located on the second line, and the sea is very easy to reach (just a straight line)

I don’t have my own parking lot, I put the car in the parking of the neighboring hotel. The hotel is seasonal, in winter it is not heated and therefore there is a constant smell of damp in the room

No view from the hotel, from the pool in general you can see a bunch of construction waste and a swamp. Opposite the entrance to the parking lot, a dog lived with its puppies

Kids have playground, adults have hammocks, all the beach toys and umbrellas or beds you need are provided for free! This Family owned hotel will make you feel so very welcome, you come back renewed and well rested ! The cook was amazing, food was healthy and delicious!! This is very quiet settlement with private holiday homes. Water is very clean, beach has magnetic sand, which is useful for health problems such as cardiovascular or neurotic disorders

Sea level is low, water does not even reach the neck within a distance of 30-40 meters which is especially convenient for families with children

But some negative moments I should mention: 1) cookware was awfully pure: there were about 3-5 plates in the shared kitchen, about 5 forks&spoons for all the guests 😐. So there was about a queue to use them for the meal

The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool

Vila is located by the beach, the place is beautiful. But the beach is not cleaned, thrown with garbage. The sand is black magnetic, they say therapeutic
