Repairs are required everywhere , the service is at a low level ! They require an additional payment after check-out at 12:00 if you are still waiting at the hotel, and this is the first time I have seen such disrespect for a hotel guest! Great room and view, thanks for that! The rest urgently needs to be changed!

Nice, cozy place to stay just beside sea... Sea being at walking distance. They have good restaurant as well. Very helpfull staff. It's one of the better places to stay in Shekvetili.

I can say one of the best in Ureki, not 5 stars, of course, but still. They have a ramp at the entrance and the elavator if you are visiting with little kids or with someone on the wheelchair

Exclusive section of the beach means that it's not too crowded. One big disadvantage is poor internet connectivity, which seems to be a problem in this whole area. Otherwise it would be perfect

The room was very poor. No chair on balcony, the water in bathroon when taking shower was everywere. The food assortimwnt very poor, food too spicy, kids count eat eat. The jakuzi not working. Kids pool damaged.

Also several tables that make it look like there is a restaurant, but at my time of visiting, there was not. There is also a restaurant and a bar/restaurant close, towards the beach

There are ways to avoid parts by trying to get on the road closer to the sea, but those are intermittent. For some reason, the partial roads are much better than the direct road

But this part of the Black Sea is sand, so just throw a towel down! The guest house is quite adequate and has a kitchen with two fridges that you can use at your convenience

Best place to rest with family

But some negative moments I should mention: 1) cookware was awfully pure: there were about 3-5 plates in the shared kitchen, about 5 forks&spoons for all the guests 😐. So there was about a queue to use them for the meal

The hotel also has a lovely garden with a pool, a ping-pong table, and plenty of seating both in the sun and in the shade, making it a great place to relax

I would like to separately note the quality of the food in the restaurant. Prices for lunches and dinners are the same as in neighbouring cafes, but everything is very tasty and comfortable cafe

Me, my daughters and our visitors had a great time. Just would be nicer to have more tea bags since not everyone is drinking just black tea or fruit tea

The best place in Ureki to stay with the whole family. We took a cabin, it was very cool. The kids were constantly playing in the courtyard and swimming in the pool

The breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are comfortable, and the entire staff are simply wonderful people. I never wanted to leave the beach or get out of the sea. Be sure to visit the Dendropark, it’s a real gem

Inside the hotel, there is also a lounge area with billiards where guests can relax, and a café, though we didn’t try the food there. I did, however, try their breakfast, which was healthy, fresh, and very enjoyable

A true gem! Spotlessly clean, totally relaxing, super friendly and accommodating staff, a less busy part of a beach, during day time (1-4pm) we had it almost all to ourselves, food is great! Ordinary rooms, first line to the sea. The price for a double room is 50 Larry. On average, the price is 70-100 Larry. Luxury hotels are here up to 220-300 Larry. Sandy beach (black magnetic sand)

In contrast to the reviews I found it good, right on the empty beach. Room was normally clean, with air conditioning and balcony for smoker. Very nice owner and employees. The food was great. I want to come back.
