Service from staff was good only my concern is amenities, they don’t provide which they mentioned in booking.com i requested kettle they gave me very dirty n some wax in it very disgusted and other amenities they would have inform incase if its upon request however we don’t get any information. however amazing place i hope they will renovate n fix the place its an amazing place for customers 🧡

This is more an experience rather than an accommodation. This Hotel is the only Soviet Sanatorium in operation in the city. It’s not perfect but it’s a rather unique experience to sleep in an historical place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. A personal thank you to Omar who kindly showed us around the building.

Huge recommendation to stay here, and this is why; if you come to Tskaltubo to see the former Soviet sanatoria, this hotel is a must stay, as it is the only place where the past is brought back to life in a great way. Stayed there yesterday, don’t expect like a crazy fancy hotel. It’s a former bath with an amazing swimming pool, a beautiful garden and a lot of lovely dogs! The building is impressive and the service was very good. Didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast but the room was very comfortable with a good AC. I honestly don’t understand other reviews (4,1/5 🧐)

Excellent experience, place is marvellous, classic, clean. Tshaltubo sulphur bath are very beneficial for many health issues. Up to to today the Baths been preserved in original state snd kept in high stabdard. All stuff are very friendly snd caring

Nice and clean hotel. Everything looked relatively new. Pro: Clean lobby. Good Wi-Fi signal (except in the restaurant at the basement.) Bed was comfortable. New hotel. The pool is nice, unheated. The rooms are super. Great host. The breakfasts are strange, pies, salad with mayonnaise, rice and chicken, small pieces of chicken ... The hotel is far from the center, there are no shops nearby.

It's a very convenient place, the rooms were comfortable to rest in and in general the place is enjoyable, great place would visit again.

great place for sleep - clean, easy access for parking from main street, very nice service and good breakfast. The only issue in our room was squeaking bad if somebody is sensitive to sounds it's hard to get deep sleep

Beautiful hotel. Amazing swimming pool. Good hospitality. Quite Area. Beside you the super market and close to you one of the good restaurant Magnolia Restaurant. There is enough space front of the hotel which you may see more dogs and more drifting cars.

The room ( 416) is spacious with a great view . Nature outside is wonderful. Had relaxing walks daily but there are many dogs around . The laundry service is fast but the staff delivered it without notifying me . When I asked for the room to be cleaned , my cookies were gone ! Breakfast is acceptable. Staff speaks English .

This hotel is a super. Well furnished, good decor and comfortable. 1st class inhouse spa facilities. Overlooking the park where you will also be able access Spring 6 a short pleasant stroll.

Nice friendly and clean hotel. Reception staff and health -spa staff are wonderful Unfortunately the construction of swimming pools (dust and noise) are a temporary minus. Stray dogs outside are also unpleasant. Certainly a location to consider and especially when it will be the only hotel with an indoor swimming pool.

We spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. This is a budget hotel with simple facilities, but it's close to the cave. There is a swimming pool, the restaurant is ok, and it's not expensive.

The whole complex is amazing, the pool is huge and clean with hot jacuzzis on top of it, there are 2 saunas and changing rooms with showers, the restaurant is probably the best part, since it has great furniture and of course mouth-watering food. Rooms are clean and modern and the whole place is tranquil. Prometheus cave is in 200 meters

I was surprised to read bad reviews, because i have oposite impressions. We were very impressed, obsolutelly clean room, bathroom, beds, corridors, lifts, restoraunt. Staff was super friendly with us. It is near part and baths number 2 and 6, just 5 minutes to walk and near best restorant of Georgian food Imeretian Esquisse. I liked our stay here, will back again

Nice Stay in Tskaltubo Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel is a pleasant, well-located base near the town’s mineral baths and park. Rooms are clean and spacious, with balconies and good light. Breakfast and facilities are solid, though the gym is dated!!!!!!!!! — I’d happily give five stars if they upgraded it. Overall, a comfortable and convenient choice for a relaxed visit to Tskaltubo.

Tskaltubo stay Simply, the best hotel in Tskaltubo. We stay here every year and always feel very welcome. There is a big outdoor swimming pool at guest disposal and also decent breakfast served.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I spoke at a conference hosted there, and ate at the cafe. The chicken soup was very delicious, and the chicken was very moist. The cafe was clean, and I have no complaints.

The hotel is centrally located, clo6se to the market place and inter urban buses. There is a ATM and a farmacy next door.

This hotel is mostly used by guests who take hot tube procedures with radon water in the health spa center, located in 10 minutes walking from here. Rooms are clean, and not expensive, the price of 100 lari (about 37$ per person) includes 3 time meals, a doctor's consultation and 3 different health procedures. Most guests stay here for 10 days or more.

The family is amazingly friendly but doesn't speak much English. The dinner was 30 GEL, breakfast was 15 GEL pro Person. Unfortunately the pool cannot be heated.

Despite of the late hours of our spontaneous arriving the owners were very nice and pleased of our presence. I would recommend for everyone looking for sleeping in Tskaltubo. The owners are lovely!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. We felt welcomed and warm. The owner met us in the middle of the night, showed everything, even made some late night food and tea for us along with his famous Cha cha drink, it was very kind. Great hotel in centre of interesting part of town. Close access to the places that you see on amazing TV programs about abandoned building which there are many that are occupied by squatters and refugees and an abandoned spa complex that looks like it cam from outer space. This hotel was our refuge after we ran away from Plaza Hotel's overpriced filthy room. We were instantly impressed by squeaky clean entrance, incredibly gracious reception and equally clean rooms. We only stayed for a night and drank coffee and tea in the morning. The prices are very reasonable and from what we saw, you get ten times the quality you would in the neighbouring hotels.

a very pleasant and beautiful place for a quiet stay. the hotel pleases with fairly affordable prices, the staffs is very attentive, speak English and Russian. spa and treatment procedures are carried out at a very high level, not inferior to European resorts. I advise everyone who has visited the resorts of Borjomi to come to Tskhaltubo for good and inexpensive spa treatment.

Great example of 1950s Soviet resort architecture. Still possible to experience this fading luxury along with spa treatments ang beaitiful parks. Worth seeing indeed!

Beautiful and new room, clean and well equipped and very comfortable beds. There is a new kitchen next to the room and a balcony to relax on. A quiet and wonderful place to relax. Leli, the hostess, was very pleasant and smiling, and communication was with the help of Google Translate, because she does not speak English, only Russian and Georgian. A highly recommended place!

Stayed with family and kids. The owner is really nice. Speaks Russian and a bit of English. Option to hire his car for trips. Pick up and drop off at the airport for reasonable price and hassle free. Car with child safe seats.
