Beautiful hotel. Amazing swimming pool. Good hospitality. Quite Area. Beside you the super market and close to you one of the good restaurant Magnolia Restaurant. There is enough space front of the hotel which you may see more dogs and more drifting cars.

I am upset about house keeping service which was not provided to us ! Claiming that we didn’t ask for it! Breakfast was good and staff speaks English. Swimming pool is clean but small

The room ( 416) is spacious with a great view . Nature outside is wonderful. Had relaxing walks daily but there are many dogs around . The laundry service is fast but the staff delivered it without notifying me . When I asked for the room to be cleaned , my cookies were gone ! Breakfast is acceptable. Staff speaks English .

Decent place. We visited in the heat of july. Gerogians loved the pool. For us it was burning hot like home 🥵

I already gave a review on a previous occasion. Nothing more to add. Absolute top value for money. Very clean and more then value for money. I will definitely return there on my next visit.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Very good value for money. Very friendly managers. Plentiful breakfast and dinner. I will definitely go back there.

great place for sleep - clean, easy access for parking from main street, very nice service and good breakfast. The only issue in our room was squeaking bad if somebody is sensitive to sounds it's hard to get deep sleep

It's a great hotel, it doesn't look that great from the outside, but from the inside it's very beautiful.

The hotel and the room were very clean. The staff was nice, the lady was ready to prepare some diet food just for me because I got food poisoning earlier somewhere else.

Excellent experience, place is marvellous, classic, clean. Tshaltubo sulphur bath are very beneficial for many health issues. Up to to today the Baths been preserved in original state snd kept in high stabdard. All stuff are very friendly snd caring

Built in a classic style, the rooms are very spacious with old antic style furniture, great view from the window and lovely gardens. Swimming pool is perfect after a hot humid day touring. The dinning room is very classic and you can easily imagine the type of parties that took place in the past when the guests were rich soviets including Stalin himself

First of all, I have to say that my travel agent booked us in the wrong hotel. There are two properties with the same name, so don’t make that mistake. The difference in the name is that this hotel is Plaza Resort, while the one I was supposed to stay in is called Legends Spa. The room is small, but well equipped. It would be better to clean the room better. We stayed here briefly for 1 night in transit to our next stop on our tour of Georgia. I found this to be a perfect hotel experience for the price and conditions. This is an impressively large and sprawling hotel with a vast size property including a giant pool and stadium. Stayed during lockdown. Was the only guest. Cant comment on food cause there was none. Room was clean and warm but towels smelled of smoke.

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I spoke at a conference hosted there, and ate at the cafe. The chicken soup was very delicious, and the chicken was very moist. The cafe was clean, and I have no complaints.

Great cozy hotel, attentive and helpful owner, great breakfast. Nearby cafes, restaurants, markets, shops, currency exchange, bank, but the location is quiet, nothing interferes with your rest. The most positive and pleasant experience!

This is a budget hotel with simple facilities, but it's close to the cave. There is a swimming pool, the restaurant is ok, and it's not expensive.

The whole complex is amazing, the pool is huge and clean with hot jacuzzis on top of it, there are 2 saunas and changing rooms with showers, the restaurant is probably the best part, since it has great furniture and of course mouth-watering food. Rooms are clean and modern and the whole place is tranquil. Prometheus cave is in 200 meters

The whole complex is well made. The hotel is very beautiful with a pool, jacuzzi and saunas linked to it. The rooms are nicely furnished and have everything you could need. The restaurant on the first floor was very nice (There are other restaurant spaces as well). There was also a rooftop terrace, both open and closed with a bar and air conditioning. The pool was clean and the jacuzzis were warm....

Family enjoyed the stay ended up extending another night.. pool, jacuzzi and sauna all included in the room stay with breakfast.. place is quiet and relaxing away from the city centre. Staffs were very helpful and friendly except for one lady who was not smiling during breakfast at the restaurant (kinda need to have a smile from people specially in the morning to brighten up the day). We had a room overlooking the pool area. Great room but a few problems. The coffee machine still had a capsule left in it from a previous guest and there was no luggage stand. The main shower head didn't work. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the public areas were very nice. The pool and spas were very nice and clean.

Nice and clean hotel. Everything looked relatively new. Pro: Clean lobby. Good Wi-Fi signal (except in the restaurant at the basement.) Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and served at 9 a.m. (sausage, egg, bread, tea and instant coffee.) Con: it took a while for the hot water heater to kick in, but it worked. New hotel. The pool is nice, unheated. The rooms are super. Great host. The breakfasts are strange, pies, salad with mayonnaise, rice and chicken, small pieces of chicken ... The hotel is far from the center, there are no shops nearby.

A family run modern hotel, new and squeaky clean, with all the amenities running smoothly. It is small enough to keep you cozy with a good home cooking and to surround you with a traditional Georgian hospitality. Special thanks to the owner and the staff - amazing people! Great hotel in centre of interesting part of town. Close access to the places that you see on amazing TV programs about abandoned building which there are many that are occupied by squatters and refugees and an abandoned spa complex that looks like it cam from outer space. Hotel room are very clean and lift to all floors for those with lots of luggage. Very spacious restaurant. Staff polite and helpful...
