A little disappointed with the hotel. The place is brand new, it has a huge pool, staff is very friendly and supportive, however, there are some cons as well. Firstly, I was traveling with 1 year toddler with a lot of things to carry. There was no staff to help me bring bags from building 1, where the reception is, to the building 2, where was our room. Secondly, they cleaned our room very superficially on the second and third days and did not clean the room at all on the fourth day. The water in the pool was super cool, not comfortable for swimming, not toddler-friendly as well. Breakfast was ok, but the same for each morning, the taste of food 2 out of 5. They do not have beds for kids. They have maneges without mattress and use blankets on its place. Not comfortable at all, toddler was sleeping with me. Overall, would not go there second time, totally did not worth the money.

We spent two wonderful days in this hotel. We lived in the central building, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there is a sofa, table, refrigerator, kettle, glasses, tea/coffee. Clean bottled water for each guest. All plumbing works properly. Breakfasts are served in the restaurant on the 1st floor, everyone can find something tasty for themselves. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, there are recreation areas with hammocks and swings, access to the river. Play area for kids. Several swimming pools, sauna and hamam.
Guests "from outside" also come to the pool, so there are a lot of people until the evening. Although, perhaps it was like that for us, because of the weekend.
We had dinner on the hotel grounds, in a restaurant in the form of a kvevri, they cook quickly, deliciously.
In general, we were 100% satisfied with the place.

Nice new hotel, good breakfast. The pool is warm, Prometheus cave is nearby.

The stay was far below our expectations. There were two buses of young people who partied until I don't know what time and the next day at breakfast the staff were watching television...

This is a budget hotel with simple facilities, but it's close to the cave. There is a swimming pool, the restaurant is ok, and it's not expensive.

The whole complex is amazing, the pool is huge and clean with hot jacuzzis on top of it, there are 2 saunas and changing rooms with showers, the restaurant is probably the best part, since it has great furniture and of course mouth-watering food. Rooms are clean and modern and the whole place is tranquil. Prometheus cave is in 200 meters

Family enjoyed the stay ended up extending another night.. pool, jacuzzi and sauna all included in the room stay with breakfast.. place is quiet and relaxing away from the city centre. Staffs were very helpful and friendly except for one lady who was not smiling during breakfast at the restaurant (kinda need to have a smile from people specially in the morning to brighten up the day). Stayed total 3 nights and it was raining all the time, but the pool and jacuzzi were open till midnight so it was really nice.

Our overall experience with Prometheus Epic Hotel and Spa was very good. The best thing about the place was amazing staff, they were very helpful with everything.
The food is great, but do know that most of food is from Georgian cuisine. There are not many options for breakfast though, but very good coffee is always there to start a day with.
It has a great location, right at the exist of Prometheus Cave. Big garden, nice terraces for the restaurant, you can explore little forest nearby or walk into the corn field right next to the hotel.
There is a swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi.
Rooms are comfortable, very clean, with balconies. Beware of pointy bed frame, I bruised my legs walking into it a few times. Walls are a bit thin, so if there are some loud guests you may be a little annoyed.
Otherwise it was an excellent experience. Hotel is still very new and they are open for feedback.
Btw, because of COVID, you need to leave your keys at the reception if you want it get cleaned, otherwise they will not clean the room, make sure to find out about it in advance.
