Very nice hotel, the environment and facilities are very good, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and there is also a wine cellar tour course. The front desk also upgraded me to a third-floor view room for free. It's worth the price.

This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. But after the central air conditioning has been turned off for the season (!) The temperature in the room was 26c (almost 80f) and you had to choose between that or mosquitoes if you opened the door. I’ve staid in this hotel multiple times and always meets my expectations. It’s clean, nice and convenient. Location is excellent as it’s pretty much in the Tsinandali Park. Breakfast is nice too, and access to the pool is great advantage. Nina always goes above and beyond and all the staff is very helpful.

Location is excellent, with a huge garden nearby, which is historical place and you can enjoy with beauty of nature. The place is best for chill, for family friends or couples. Service is also fine, including Swimming Pool.

We had a two night stay and were upgraded to a family room (Room 1) which had two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Rooms are simply furnished but functional, perhaps a bit outdated and dark and could do with a room safe. Our room had a separate sitting room as well. As you enter the estate you realize that your hotel is a big farm house surrounded by a vineyard. You smell the scent of wines and all you need to do is simple to ease your pace in order to enjoy the peaceful setting. It's a very pleasant environment, away from populated areas, so it's incredibly peaceful. The rooms are tidy, the restaurant area has a beautiful interior, and the breakfast is good. The yard is ideal for taking beautiful photos.

Spent two nights in mid-November, room was super clean and very quiet. The wine tasting and restaurant were fantastic, highly recommended for wine lovers.

The view is absolutely breathtaking but the service, food and amenities were very poor. The buffet was cold and sparse, the employees at the breakfast restaurant were disinterested and the shower in the bath was not working well.. the 3 stars is only for the location. We stayed in a building, and as soon as we walked out we saw rows of pottery jars, each with a glass door facing a vineyard. There was an outdoor swimming pool, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel service was good, clean, and the environment was good. The surrounding area is a bit deserted, so it is not easy to find, so pay attention to the road signs.

Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

Everything was clean, with a lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood that’s still within walking distance of the city center. They also have a kitchen you canuse. Highly recommended.

Quick and easy process, called them late at night, came over, paid and got the keys. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough, location is great as it's close to the center of the city. The place is not very modern, but the young host is amazingly worm person. When I had to stay for another night in Telqvi, because we have returned too late to going straight to Tbilisi, he took me for free.

Staying with Cico was unquestionably one of my best experiences in Georgia. The house is huge! My room was comfy and spacious, with a private bathroom (you cannot lock the door but it's not a big deal at all). I got to spend some amazing time with Cico even without her speaking any English. My absolute favorite place to stay in Telavi and Cico is my favorite Georgian ever! So much so that I came back and stayed another night. Cico is the kindest, warmest person I have ever met. Good guesthouse. There are small flaws: the repair in the guest rooms has not been done for a long time, there is little lighting. But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner. So, except for the non-working wifi (not in the room, not in the lobby), the cold temperature everywhere (we were at the end of October), cockroaches in the bathroom, hair on the toilet and on the floor, no calm music in lobby - everything is OK... It's cozy and clean. However, they don't provide room service unless you ask. My room door doesn't lock properly and DO NOT DISTURB button doesn't work. Also the balcony door doesn't lock. They don't have a safe either. Breakfast is great though.
