A luxurious hotel surrounded by vineyards and wineries, beautiful grounds, delicious food, and everything you could want for complete relaxation—a beautiful sauna with a view, a hammam, a gym, several swimming pools, and a children's playground. The Chavchavadze Estate Museum is located right on the hotel grounds, offering wine tastings. I highly recommend it!

Very nice hotel, the environment and facilities are very good, the breakfast is extremely rich and delicious, and there is also a wine cellar tour course. The front desk also upgraded me to a third-floor view room for free. It's worth the price.

This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. But after the central air conditioning has been turned off for the season (!) The temperature in the room was 26c (almost 80f) and you had to choose between that or mosquitoes if you opened the door. I’ve staid in this hotel multiple times and always meets my expectations. It’s clean, nice and convenient. Location is excellent as it’s pretty much in the Tsinandali Park. Breakfast is nice too, and access to the pool is great advantage. Nina always goes above and beyond and all the staff is very helpful.

Location is excellent, with a huge garden nearby, which is historical place and you can enjoy with beauty of nature. The place is best for chill, for family friends or couples. Service is also fine, including Swimming Pool.

We had a two night stay and were upgraded to a family room (Room 1) which had two bedrooms and two shower rooms. Rooms are simply furnished but functional, perhaps a bit outdated and dark and could do with a room safe. Our room had a separate sitting room as well. As you enter the estate you realize that your hotel is a big farm house surrounded by a vineyard. You smell the scent of wines and all you need to do is simple to ease your pace in order to enjoy the peaceful setting. We stayed at the hotel for two nights in August 2021. Hotel has an excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean and bright rooms and nice atmosphere at the pool. Highly recommended!

Super-friendly staff, always there to help! Some rooms are not that spacious and don't come with balcony, thus I suggest you ask for information about the room facilities with the staff members before booking. Food is tasty and they provide a big variety of national and local dishes.

It's a very pleasant environment, away from populated areas, so it's incredibly peaceful. The rooms are tidy, the restaurant area has a beautiful interior, and the breakfast is good. The yard is ideal for taking beautiful photos.

Spent two nights in mid-November, room was super clean and very quiet. The wine tasting and restaurant were fantastic, highly recommended for wine lovers.

The view is absolutely breathtaking but the service, food and amenities were very poor. Poor service, water in the shower is almost cold. SPA wasn't fully functional, even though I asked before booking if it was working and was told that it was. When I asked to check out early with partial refund for these reasons, they refused my request.

We loved staying here for 3 nights. The hosts Timur and Marina make you feel like you are staying with your Georgian family. Very relaxt atmosphere and you can use all their facilities if you want. It's quite old overall, and the facilities are a bit basic. There are several restaurants and banks nearby, making it convenient to withdraw money. The Japanese food with its snow-capped mountain view is also nice. You can take a walk in the evening. The food is decent, not crowded. They even let us do a survey; their attitude was very good.

The free extra bed was nice, but the price is ridiculously high! In a country where the average wage is only 5,000 RMB, a Holiday Inn in a moderately located location costs 750 RMB with breakfast included. Good guesthouse. There are small flaws: the repair in the guest rooms has not been done for a long time, there is little lighting. But on the whole it is good, as there is a bathroom everywhere and the hostess Tsitso prepares such breakfasts, which is enough until dinner.
