Tsinandali Resort in Tsinandali

· Horrible experience, especially if you cannot speak Georgian ! Here is the list of things that were horribly wrong;
* Check-in was a nightmare because they would not acknowledge my room upgrade, they insisted I was wrong, in the end it was an error on their part * Had problems communicating with staff as most of them did not speak English * Most of the staff was inexperienced and lacked basic customer service skills and were RUDE * Internet was down for 3 days in our room * No water on 3 occasions * The breakfast was good, but the food for lunch / dinner was NOT GOOD * Overall all the services were very poor with incompetant staff * The toilet was broken, it looked like it was going to fall over * The hot tub was never hot as they are too cheap to turn on the heater * Where is the Spa as it is part of their name ??? * Our Suite did not have a Fridge ! that's a first for us, we complained about this * BE AWARE of this Place, we would not recommend this hotel as it was a Nightmare, maybe it was just bad luck ! The area and wine tasting at the Radisson nearby was excellent. Next time, we will pay more money and stay at the Radisson... Michael and Elena Gratiela Park, Canadian and Romanian Citizens.
