I had a wonderful stay at Park Hotel Tsinandali. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a beautiful setting surrounded by vineyards and nature. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

When we checked into the room, we were given two bottles of water. I was very thirsty and wasn’t feeling well, so I asked for one more bottle of water. I was told by the receptionist that I would have to pay for it at the bar. Only after speaking with the manager was I allowed to receive an additional bottle of water free of charge. In my opinion, this is not the right way to treat guests, especially when it is such a basic request and a guest is not feeling well. We were very disappointed with the service and the way the situation was I don’t think it is appropriate to require the manager’s approval for something as basic as a bottle of water, especially when a guest is not feeling well. I only received it after the manager approved my request.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful. I also felt very safe and comfortable during my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a calm and pleasant getaway.

Park Hotel Tsinandali is a charming retreat in the heart of the Tsinandali Estate. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and history, it offers modern, comfortable rooms with lovely views. The staff are warm and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Guests can also enjoy access to Radisson Collection’s facilities, including the pool and spa, which adds extra comfort and value. The breakfast is fresh and varied, with delicious local touches. Perfect for a relaxing getaway or exploring Kakheti’s wine region, the hotel combines nature, culture, and comfort in one memorable experience. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays.

This hotel is an unfortunate example of a decent infrastructure undermined by post Soviet service mentality and cost cutting in wrong places. The day we arrived was warm day in October. But after the central air conditioning has been turned off for the season (!) The temperature in the room was 26c (almost 80f) and you had to choose between that or mosquitoes if you opened the door. Mattresses were cheap and lumpy. Internet spotty. Food service exhibited classical Soviet era combination of indifference and incompetence. The grounds were great as were the spa facilities (shared with another hotel) . Security guys were very serious. You get the picture .
