Well 1st of all the good things...amazing hospitality by Mr. Jemali and his family, special thanks to Ms. Natasha and Mr. Guka. You get whatever you ask for, homely environment and last but not the least AMAZING BREAKFAST.
Now for things to improve as per my knowledge...should definitely work and fix the bathroom(s), also should change AC as during summers the exisiting AC is quite small for that big room.

Value for money choice if you want to stay in the outskirts of Tblisi. Jamali and family are great hosts
Very accommodating and the price is cheaper compare to others. My 2nd time to be the guest of our tour guide Jemali. He is very friendly and helpful.
i love the cozy place, the food was interesting, the lovely people around so accomodating and hospitable specially to our tour guide jemali what an amazing experience though bad weather.. we love to go back soon!
Don't stay in Tbilisi, stay here! Just take the Marshrutka and Metro to get into the centre of Tbilisi, it's still cheaper and Hotel Tamarindi is really excellent!
