This encounter felt extremely unprofessional and left a bad impression. ⛷️Location of the hotel is perfect for skiers. Lockers, ski-in/ski-out access everything is convenient and well-thought there
🍽️Dining The breakfast here is truly excellent! However, the restaurant is overpriced for lunch and dinner, and the quality of the food is inconsistent—not everything was tasty

The hotel was in a great location had good amenities, but if you want to swim make sure you take the tankini or bikini apparently the full body wear isn't allowed.   Breakfast was vast but everything was salty

The place is big and beautifully designed, that include a fantastic spa and both -indoor and outdoor pools. It’s the perfect place to chill out and recharge
A great place to spend time with friends and relieve stress - The spa is excellent (procedures and sauna), the internal pool is also super clean, the water temperature is on the right warm spot, and the area around the pool is well organized
Also nice swimming pool, whit funny animator and excellent presents…
The rooms are super clean and comfy, which makes every stay so enjoyable. This summer, I had the added delight of enjoying delicious food and wine at the new Veranda, where you can watch the most beautiful sunsets
Hotel is very close to Tbilisi and it's really bonus. Huge and beautiful room with panoramic views. service was efficient, staff friendly. All in all excellent stay and we look forward to the next trip

The location is super with stunning views of the mountains and valley. That itself makes it worth while your stay. The rooms are big and spacious and with all the amenities

✅Liked · We booked a family room which had somehow happened to be only 5GBP costlier than the standard room, so why not. There was indoor swimming pool which had just the perfect temperature, so I loved it
The family rooms were at -1 level, and there was no elevator, but they had a bell boy to help with the luggage. The swimming pool is small, but decent sized, so don't expect to be doing freestyle from end to end
The location of the hotel is great! Open the curtains and you can see the Holy Trinity Church and the snow-capped mountains! The room is a little small, but clean and tidy, the service attitude is good, and it's a good experience
Fantastic view, new hotel, large room, large terrace oppositely the mount Kazbegi, comfortable bed, good breakfast Strongly recommended for all who want to spend unforgettable night in Kazbegi
❌Disliked · There is a pothole ridden road leading up to the hotel, no decent parking space and if you park in front of the hotel to unload your luggage entrance, you'll block off the whole road so have to quickly leave and park elsewhere
There is however a decent bit of space outside the hotel. Also, the hotel is at least 20 steps down and 50 steps away from the road you have to walk a tiny bit, but they have ramp to roll the luggage on
