Small hotel located in the center of Mestia. Big spacious fully equipped rooms. I was during mid season so I was provided with personal breakfast. There was only one problem for me: there is narrow drive to the hotel’s entrance. And for me it was a bit difficult to park my car. But it has a small square 2 min walk where I could easily park my car. But I don’t know if it’s easy to park during a tourist...

Great hotel is Mestia! Plus: Hotel was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was tasty and healthy, room was big, shower was roomy, staff was super nice and friendly. Only minus: shower head was quite cheap and flimsy and water pressure was a bit low, so the showers weren’t amazing. But this is an easy fix. Overall: Would come back!

Really a good choice. Beautiful hotel with kind hosts. Breakfast is good and generous in quantity. Rooms are comfortable and large. It has a terrace where you can drink or spend a relaxing time. They also offer water, coffee and teas. We can recommend it a lot.

Central located, very cozy hotel, tastiest food i ate in Mestia. and most of all, the view from terrace restaurant and glass dombs are amazing, no other places in Mestia has this view and actually, you can sit, eat and enjoy under the sky ☺️ highly recomended🥰

Nice hotel in the center of Mestia. Rooms were clean and quite big compared to other hotels. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, so was the food we tried in the restaurant on the 5th floor. The view from my room was nice, and the view from breakfast room and restaurant was even better. It would be very nice to spend summer evening on the open terrace .

Elite House Mestia

Location was in the middle of Mestia, easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was modern but smelled a bit musty but nothing terrible. Would stay again if coming to Mestia.

A good three-star hotel on the outskirts, importantly, a 5-minute walk from the center. Excellent views from the window—we stayed in a corner room with a window and balcony—with views of both the towers and the glaciers. Excellent ventilation without opening the front door. Hospitable hosts. A very hearty breakfast.

I didn't see any basic service staff after checking in, and I didn't see anyone when I checked out. The location is okay, there is a small courtyard, the room is not particularly large, and the facilities can only be said to be average. It's average, but the view from the window is good.

Overall it's good, the location is near the town center, if you drive by yourself, you can just park somewhere nearby where you don't block other people. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it's hard to sleep at night.

Everything was great. The lady boss even drove us to the airport herself. She was so thoughtful. Their breakfast was quite rich.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is great—close to the central bus station and surrounded by many restaurants. The owner provided warm hospitality, and the breakfast, made by the landlady herself, was especially lovely.

The view behind the hotel is stunning. The rooms are clean, and the owners, an elderly couple, are incredibly kind. They even have some adorable dogs and cats. I'm from Thailand, and this is a great hotel. Everything was perfect. Beautiful view. The owner is lovely and friendly. There are adorable dogs and cats. See you again in the summer.

Worth to stay Rooms are clean and quiet, nice place to stay after the four days hike. Staffs are helpful and warm, specially the breakfast lady, love her so much. A bit far from the bus station, around 20mins walk, but it's worth it.

I really liked the hotel. It was clean, warm, and the room was pleasant, with a stunning view of the mountains. The lunch was delicious, and the atmosphere was overall pleasant. The hotel manager, Oleg, answered all my questions. He immediately told me where the best food was (the Svan courtyard), where to go, and what to see. He treated me to food and drinks. I loved everything, thank you!

During check-in, the staff couldn't find my booking number, but they resolved the issue and I was able to check in without any problems. The entrance was a little difficult to find as there was no sign. The room was clean and exactly as pictured.

This send like a new hotel. The property seems newly built, but some minor details are missing. For example, there's room for a TV but no TV. There's no sign on the hotel or from the street to the hotel. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to assist. It's within walking distance to the village center. Breakfast was nice and the balcony on the top floor really nice to sit at.

I had a bit of trouble finding it because there was no hotel sign or information sign. There is no TV, refrigerator, water, cup, or slippers in the room. Shampoo and shower gel are available. You can borrow a hair dryer by asking the front desk. Morning breakfast was okay. It's a bit far from the center.

The main reason we are leaving 4 stars (and not 2-3) is because of the host (name Auto or something like that). He is amazing and helpful. We stayed 2 nights. First night no wifi and poor breakfast. Second night barely any wifi and fantastic breakfast. There are several annoying things about the hotel. We would definitely stay again if we knew they had wifi.

The hotel has significant maintenance issues: doors sag and scratch the floors, shower cabins leak throughout the bathroom, the tap isn't fixed to the sink, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom is rusty with peeling enamel. You can't get a better view in mestia, breakfast was good, even tho i was little bit late they still waited for me. Service was excellent, if you need anything just ask at reception and they are ready to help anytime. Only bad thing was that i couldn't stay for much longer

Wonderful service and great location The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — truly outstanding service. Wonderful place with stunning views. The room is clear and very light, as well as it’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One of the best hotels in Mestia! The location is excellent everything is close: shops, markets, restaurants, and bars. The breakfast is very delicious, and the best part is the hosts they are incredibly welcoming and kind. I will definitely come back.

Nice and quiet place in Mestia!

Zoia and her family are so kind and hospitable - we love staying here! Bedrooms are recently renovated to a good standard with very comfortable beds. The whole house is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is fantastic, homemade and sure to set you up well for a day of hiking around Svaneti. Highly recommended!

I've stayed with Zoia multiple times now. She makes you feel family. Breakfast is very good. Her homemade yogurt and jam is delicious. Her house is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. This is the place to stay in mestia.

The hotel itself is normal. The location does not matter. As for cleanliness in the rooms, cleanliness was lacking and the sheets were dirty until I changed them a second time. Absence of service personnel. They also have food, which I did not use.

It has a nice view and the cat is lovely. The common area is very cozy. But there is only one stove works. It is not so convenient to cook food. And if the staff can have smiles to guests, it will be better.

This place has made our stay in Mestia. Rooms are not fancy but very clean and comfortable. The place offers a hot sauna and a nice view from the balcony. Best part by far is the incredible host Reti who’s willing to help with everything. Breakfast is delicious and you can feel how much love and care they put into it. Really very reasonably priced. If you want affordable accommodation in a central Mestia location, this place is great. The shower was powerful and water was always hot. Wifi was good but there was no table. The downside was that they did not come and empty the bin or top up the soap dispenser while I was there. I do not feel that I should have to ask for these things.
