Small hotel located in the center of Mestia. Big spacious fully equipped rooms. I was during mid season so I was provided with personal breakfast. There was only one problem for me: there is narrow drive to the hotel’s entrance. And for me it was a bit difficult to park my car. But it has a small square 2 min walk where I could easily park my car. But I don’t know if it’s easy to park during a tourist...

Great hotel is Mestia! Plus: Hotel was nice and in a good location. Breakfast was tasty and healthy, room was big, shower was roomy, staff was super nice and friendly. Only minus: shower head was quite cheap and flimsy and water pressure was a bit low, so the showers weren’t amazing. But this is an easy fix. Overall: Would come back!

Really a good choice. Beautiful hotel with kind hosts. Breakfast is good and generous in quantity. Rooms are comfortable and large. It has a terrace where you can drink or spend a relaxing time. They also offer water, coffee and teas. We can recommend it a lot.

It's about a five-minute walk from downtown, but the surrounding area is quiet and offers beautiful scenery. The hotel hostess is also very friendly and helpful.

The host family is so warm and welcoming, it felt like home! The location isn't right in the heart of town, just a few minutes' walk away, but it's quiet and peaceful! The overall environment is lovely, with a courtyard, wooden houses, and even fruit trees! Highly recommended!

I stayed here for two nights and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Mestia. Very lovely family owned place with great view. The room is very clean and comfortable, the breakfast is very delicious and the owner is very helpful as well. He helped us get a taxi to the airport.

The main reason we are leaving 4 stars (and not 2-3) is because of the host (name Auto or something like that). He is amazing and helpful. We stayed 2 nights. First night no wifi and poor breakfast. Second night barely any wifi and fantastic breakfast. There are several annoying things about the hotel. We would definitely stay again if we knew they had wifi.

The hotel has significant maintenance issues: doors sag and scratch the floors, shower cabins leak throughout the bathroom, the tap isn't fixed to the sink, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom is rusty with peeling enamel. Location was in the middle of Mestia, easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was modern but smelled a bit musty but nothing terrible. Would stay again if coming to Mestia.

A good three-star hotel on the outskirts, importantly, a 5-minute walk from the center. I didn't see any basic service staff after checking in, and I didn't see anyone when I checked out. The location is okay, there is a small courtyard, the room is not particularly large, and the facilities can only be said to be average. It's average, but the view from the window is good.

Overall it's good, the location is near the town center, if you drive by yourself, you can just park somewhere nearby where you don't block other people. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it's hard to sleep at night.

We had an amazing stay with Paata and his family. They welcomed to join them for their Christmas feast, and made sure we had a great time! The breakfast and dinners on all the other days were fantastic as well, we were served a great variety of local dishes. This is the best new hotel in Mestia. I had the suite with the veiw seen in the image. You can also see the snowy mountain on the right hand side. Zoia and her family are so kind and hospitable - we love staying here! Bedrooms are recently renovated to a good standard with very comfortable beds. The whole house is spotlessly clean. Breakfast is fantastic, homemade and sure to set you up well for a day of hiking around Svaneti. Highly recommended!

The hotel itself is normal. The location does not matter. As for cleanliness in the rooms, cleanliness was lacking and the sheets were dirty until I changed them a second time. Absence of service personnel. They also have food, which I did not use. ​

It has a nice view and the cat is lovely. The common area is very cozy. But there is only one stove works. It is not so convenient to cook food. And if the staff can have smiles to guests, it will be better.

Really very reasonably priced. If you want affordable accommodation in a central Mestia location, this place is great. The shower was powerful and water was always hot. Wifi was good but there was no table. The downside was that they did not come and empty the bin or top up the soap dispenser while I was there. I do not feel that I should have to ask for these things.
