The place is stunningly beautiful, away from the hustle and bustle. To Mestia 40min by car.
Unfortunately, after confirming the reservation, no one met us. All houses stood with keys in the lock, there were no personnel on the territory. Breakfasts and dinners were marked at 40 GEL per person. In Mestia, for 40-60 lari, you can have a good meal for three.

We moved in mid-October and were blown away. There is one oil heater in the house, which will warm you only if you sit with him in an embrace. + The cracks in the doors froze notably. The toilet and shower look terrible, there was no toilet paper, no soap, and most importantly HOT WATER. When we wanted to order breakfast so as not to drive 40 minutes to Mestia, we were told that now there is no such service and we can use the lobby which has tea and coffee.
