The staff at this hotel are very friendly, provided the highest quality service, helped solve all issues, treated us to CHACHA every day, organized a coworking at the restaurant from 9 a.m🤌🏼

Luka has a great vibe, always in a good mood and a smile on his face, he has cool stories about traditional dishes and a generous attitude towards guests!

Hotel has a very beautiful view from the rooms, which overlaps some small negative issues in the rooms.
It’s the pet-friendly hotel, which is also very valuable🐶🐈

The main reason we are leaving 4 stars (and not 2-3) is because of the host (name Auto or something like that). He is amazing and helpful.
We stayed 2 nights. First night no wifi and poor breakfast. Second night barely any wifi and fantastic breakfast.
There are several annoying things about the hotel.
We would definitely stay again if we knew they had wifi.

The hotel has significant maintenance issues: doors sag and scratch the floors, shower cabins leak throughout the bathroom, the tap isn't fixed to the sink, and the heated towel rail in the bathroom is rusty with peeling enamel.

Breakfasts are adequate, offering omelets with sausages, porridge, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, fruits, and cake. Drinks include tea, coffee, milk, and water.

You can request a table and chair from reception, though availability isn't guaranteed.

The hotel's lighting obscures the stars, making them invisible. Otherwise, the view is great, though not ideal.

Windows of most rooms are directed north-east, so the sun only shines inside in the evenings (that's a plus for me as it keeps the rooms cool longer after the night).

There was to many ants and also the folding bed was broken and not clean, the View was perfect. The staf was not frendly at all, even couldn't say Hello. Also car parking was for somebady alloued in the yeard and for somebady not alloued. Not a good experience

You can't get a better view in mestia, breakfast was good, even tho i was little bit late they still waited for me. Service was excellent, if you need anything just ask at reception and they are ready to help anytime. Only bad thing was that i couldn't stay for much longer

The hotel was very basic. It was more of a home stay rather than a hotel. The family women were the staff and the family kids were the translators and managed the front office. By and large Georgians are unfriendly people, but this family tried their best to make us comfortable. However, the property lacks basic amenities too. The rooms were suffocating because of the high temperature, but there were no fans to cool us. It was very difficult to get a good night’s sleep. There was a peculiar stink in the room, no housekeeping and the bathroom had clogged drains.

One of the best experiences I had in Georgia. The location is stunning. The rooms are alright. But the staff is so helpful. We had a pretty last minute plan to see Koruldi lakes but the lovely lady at the front desk made it happen for us. The driver who drove us up there was super sweet as well. The restaurant was very nice. Food was great. Can't recommend this place enough.

Everything is perfect except wi-fi. Routers might have some problems. Food and room was amazing and view was just perfect. Also it has its own excursion guid.
